I usually get my nails done from Tiffany however she’s on vacation and I had a chance to get it done from one of the other nail artist. First Image is what I asked for and second image is what I got . Throughout the whole service I had to keep reinforcing where color was missing and the shape was off but I was so done after I kept telling her couple times and wanted to just get done with it and leave since I was there for almost more than an hour .
My new go to salon. Anna takes great care of my nails n my toes.she has cutest designs! I'm always satisfied with the results of my nails and I got a lot compliments I love volcano spa ped
Just went here today for a gel manicure & pedicure, they were so nice and did such a great job!! Went to another nail salon previously that had severely messed up my nail bed on my toes, the tech here took her time and fixed the problem as best she could! I appreciate that they did my fingernail at the same time as my toes; saved me time and they still came out great! Also the fact that they have so many complimentary drinks and provide such a calm atmosphere is phenomenal! Will definitely be coming back here!

Since Chi sold they keep you waiting. Last month I waited 20 minutes and had an appt. This month I waited 30 min with appt. No apologies from Kathy like she’s doing you a favor. My 3 friends went last month and each one waited 1 hr with an appt. First one was late and trickled down. None of us will go back. I had called and booked appt fir today they text me 4 times changing the time! I went elsewhere and won’t go back after using their services for YEARS! The new owner doesn’t do nails nor is he there to see what’s happening! Kathy acts like she’s doing you a favor!
Ive been here a few times before and thought I had found my new nail spot. I called at about 11am and asked about a gel mani/pedi and they told me to come in at 2pm. I arrived at 2pm and didn't get the pedicure started until about 3:20. The pedi was ok, no base coat and the paint was kind of messy. The technician disappeared for awhile and was gone long enough for the hot towels and paraffin to start getting cold. Once my pedicure was done at 4pm they moved me to the nail table to soak my nails in water. The tech disappeared then came back to set up pedi stations for 3 new arrivals and disappeared into the back. Finally at 4:20 I asked if I could just check out for my pedi. They went and looked for the tech but I never saw her again. They just asked didn't I still wanted a gel mani so I said I did but I had already been there for over 2 hrs AFTER they gave me a time to show up! There were 2 people that arrived AFTER me that had full sets done and were still out the door before I got seated for my nails. I know it was busy but that's why I called ahead and waited for the initial hour over my appointment time. I did want my nails done but I'm better off going somewhere else. I guess the hunt for a good nail place continues. I still paid full price and left a tip (but not nearly as much as I normally do).
My sister and I both wanted a pedicure. We were taken back at the same time. I sat and waited with an empty tub, for about 8 minutes. When finally someone came to help me. My sister got a basic pedicure. I got a basic gel pedicure. My nails were fine. I went on vacation the next day. Flew to Hawaii, and went to the beach. Been on the beach for 1 hour and one of my nails polish came off. Not even 48 hours later. By the end of the week my pinky polish came off. Waste of $40 will not be back.
