I have been looking for a nail salon for my children and I for a very long time. I am so happy I found Dream Nails. Everyone who works there is so sweet, caring, and excellent customer service! They also have multiple adorable and working message pedicure chairs for kids. It was a very professional and serene environment. My Little Love had trouble chosing a pink polish and the sweet lady who was helping her was so very patient and kind. They are also very detailed oriented and did an excellent job making sure each detail was perfect and we were happy. I am just amazed at the above and beyond service and friendly staff. I am happy to see we found are salon home here at Dream Nails. If anyone is tired of search for a place that truly cares about every person who walks through that door and does such detailed and thorough job. I am truly grateful and will be returning monthly with my bunch. Thank you Dream Nails staff ????
Thanks Jessie girl you are the best. I called for a gel pedi and a dipped manicure and the nice older guy told me there was no one there to do a dipped mani at the time they were all booked up. So I left I went in my car to check my phone for another nail salon but here comes Jessie to the rescue. She had just came in and flew to my car like super girl to let me know she could do both services for me and boy didn't she save the day. I went to this nail salon for the first time today, and I will definitely be back in the future!
I got a dip nail manicure, that was reasonably priced. The salon was very clean too.
The woman who did my nails (I can’t remember her name ????) did an amazing job. She paid really close attention to detail, and my nails turned out perfect!
EDIT:
I’ve been to this nail salon a total of 4 times. The first time, I had the perfect experience.
The other 3 times my nails were poorly shaped and the dip powder poorly applied. And no matter who I requested to do my nails, they stuck me with the same nail technician, who was very nice but not as good as the first person I had. I decided after trying 3 more times, I was done spending my money there. I have not been back since.
Sorry to say this first visit was not up to par.
My pedicure was nothing less than a 2..Wasn't asked what pedicure I wanted & feet have been left rough ( didn't use the "grater" ), not a massage on my legs/feet.
I was relieved to be finished & looking forward to my acrylic fill..
Ugh!! Showed her pic's of what I wanted & tells me that she doesn't do any type of designs!!! Really?
Let's just say I won't be going back, as the salon was clean, neat & a great atmosphere.
This was the first pedicure I’ve truly enjoyed in years!
I called just a couple of hours before going to make sure I didn’t need an appointment. While they do take walk-ins, I went ahead with scheduling an appointment just to make sure I wouldn’t have to wait too long.
Once I arrived, I was greeted quickly, my appointment as confirmed, they double checked that I only wanted a pedicure (and I wasn’t pressured over and over again into getting anything else during my appointment) and was asked to pick my color before heading to my chair.
They had a wide range of polish choices without it being overwhelming to find something I liked.
The shop seemed clean and had a quiet/calm atmosphere.
The gentleman that did my pedicure was very kind, did not rush through the steps and was gentle while using just the right amount of pressure. No gouging around my nails or using harsh tools on the soles of my feet.
Once I was done, they did not rush me to pay and get out of the store before my polish dried like some places I’ve been to recently.
I saw a review where someone suggested they redecorate or update their shop. I’m ok with my nail salon not having shiny chandeliers, fancy seats or serving beverages if it means I’ll have a pedicure I’m satisfied with in return. That is what I’m actually paying for.
I’ll definitely return!
I have gone & seen Daneè two times & both times have been extremely satisfied with how they have turned out. Good location & always able to accommodate the time or days i am available!! Highly recommend her!
They're meticulous in everything they do and they meet special requests with no attitude whatsoever. The environment is quiet and peaceful... and the techs aren't gossiping across the room like other salons/spas. They're very sweet people here. I felt at home on my first visit and have decided to make it my home nail salon after 5 years of searching. They don't do all the embellishments and outrageous designs (that used to be my style, but I've outgrown that), it's a very classy style here. It's very relaxing here and I would highly recommend if that's the type of environment you seek when pampering yourself.
Love this place! So professional, wonderful atmosphere, very clean and friendly staff! I highly recommend.
