When I came into the salon I already knew what I wanted, but when I told the employees what I wanted I could tell they began to make fun of me. I changed what color and design I was getting because they told me what I wanted to do wouldn’t be pretty. Also, I have a broken leg and unfortunately have to use crutches to get around. This salon was not handicap accessible, the floors were slippery. It was very discouraging that once I went to go wash my hands, using my crutches, the entire salon stared at me- employees and customers. It made me feel very inferior and embarrassed. Very unprofessional when it comes to customer service. I do not recommend going to this salon unless you are a regular- the employees seem to treat their regulars with more care and professionalism than people who aren’t regulars. My nails turned out well, but I could tell Annie, the woman working on my nails, was in a rush towards the end because the designs on my nails could be much better. Photos included. I recommend any other nail salon, even touch nails&spa across the street. The nails themselves were beautiful, the shape and the symmetry, but I wish I did not pay the extra $15 for a design if I knew the design was going to be rushed and bad.

I came in with a friend at 7pm (a half hour before they closed) requesting a dip manicure. I called ahead to ask if it would be okay to come in so late or if it would be better to come tomorrow. The staff were all incredibly kind and allowed my friend and me to get our nails done. My nail technician was Tina and she was absolutely incredible!! My friend had Annie do her nails and loved her as well. The women didn’t rush whatsoever and gave us both the most amazing manicure we had ever seen. It was great quality and they turned out beautifully. I’d recommend Dream Nails to anyone and everyone! 10/10 staff, service, and quality. I will absolutely be back!! P.S. Tina was able to make my nails look exactly like the picture. Thank you Dream Nails for being so kind and allowing us to keep you past closing- so sorry!!!!

I had been to several nail salons since getting acrylic nails and Dream Nails is by far my favorite. 1. It is clean, and modern aesthetic. 2. Everyone is friendly, funny and outgoing. 3. They do a top notch job on their services. I particularly love to see Kim for my nails, but I am happy with all of the girls there!! Definitely recommend this place above anywhere else in GR.

I have come here for 3 pedicures and each one has been amazing. They do an excellent job and always take the time to pay attention to detail even when they squeeze me in last minute. 10/10 I would recommend!!

FIRST AND LAST. NOT GOING BACK. THEY WERE SHADY.

I arrived at 11:45 AM for a fill. They did not take me in a chair until 12:15 PM Even though they told me when I called ahead that they had room right then.

I told every person who spoke to me that I had to be out of that building at 1 PM. They insisted that they could not do my fill and then I had to get a full set because of the style that I wanted. I accepted a full set and said yes.

The tech named Kim quoted me $80. I said that’s great not a problem.

Not only did she not do the design the way that I wanted her to, she made me 10 minutes late, and I found out after the fact that they had charged me an extra $16 on my credit card without my consent!

They took my money without my permission and did not do the job that I pay them to do.

I will not go back to this place

They are the BEST! Dream Nail never dissapoints- my shellac always lasts for long and NEVER peels off. It is always applied perfectly, never thick and all over my skin like some places I have been before. I always ♥️ Dream Nails, they are my go-to for nails. They always are available for walk-ins and always are friendly!

Kim is the best. I've been going to her every two weeks for months now! My nails look great and my gel polish never peels!

I had a very good experience at this nail place but my mother came with me and got her nails done to, she sat down and I looked over and could tell something was wrong. The lady finished mine first so I got up and went to see her nails, she originally wanted all black but when I came over her nails had brown tips and hearts. When we walked out she said that they hurt and as I took a closer look the lady that did them didn’t smooth the section between the two colors of acrylic that had been put down. So on her nails were two bubbles and they were very thick. My nails were good but hers were not. Her nails need filed down SO bad. Pls don’t get almond nails and be careful with ur nails.
