I went and got my nails fixed here after a horrid experience at another salon in town. I went as a walk in, although I recommend going in early or making an appointment- they were busy! Which I took as a good sign! I wish I knew the ladies name who did mine.. She was SOOOO attentive and very detail oriented. Although they were busy, she took the time and didn’t rush the manicure, which I greatly appreciate! It didn’t take too long to file down my old acrylic/dip nails and give me a new set. The shape is PERCECT and she was so gentle with me (I was sore due to the terrible job at the last place). The salon was clean, beautifully remodeled, and it will be my new Go-to spot for sure!! 10/10 recommend!
Don's Nails have made so many nice changes and upgrades in the past year. I will be visiting every few weeks now! My nails look great!
My daughter went in with a full set of nails, and wanted a fill. She told the girl she was there for a fill before the tech started. The girl took her nails completely off! When my daughter went up to pay they said it was $65 she haded them a $100 bill. When she was handing my daughter her change the lady said oh give me $10. When I called them to ask why they gave her a new set the said that is what she asked for. After arguing with them and not getting anywhere I told them that I would be writing a review for them and said goodbye. So my daughter went in for a fill, they gave her a full set, and when she paid for them and handed her her change they told her to give them $10 more. I assume they were taking a tip!
Very friendly service and bustling little place! Light, bright and clean, Don's Nails is a welcoming and warm environment. Currently following an indoor masking protocol. The staff is kind and accommodating and it's clear there are frequent repeat customers by the way they greet one another and interact. Would recommend an appointment as they are busy and fill up on walk-ins quickly.
My Deluxe Pedicure which was very reasonably priced included a foot soak, nail and cuticle trim, heel buff, paraffin wax, hot stone massage and sugar scrub finished off with a polish. The pedicure took approximately 1 hour was I was seated and I only had to wait for about 5-10 minutes for my 1:30 - remember, it's busy! I did not feel rushed at all and my technician was very attentive throughout my appointment.
I would recommend this great salon for anyone nearby and will return!
I’ve been in many times for mani, pedi, wax, and acrylics and it’s always a wonderful experience. I’ve brought my elementary aged daughter for mother-daughter days and they are always so wonderful with her. I’ve walked out not liking my nails before but that’s due to my trying something new not their having done something wrong. The remodel looks beautiful. I’ve made appointments and I’ve also just walked in. I really like the material they use for acrylic, because when I take it off and allow my natural nails to breath they still feel and look healthy, which is not always the case from other experiences.
I would love to see a price sign that isn’t on a rolling screen though. Takes the mystery out of it ;)
I can’t give a good review of this place. I had a deluxe pedicure that usually takes 45-50 minutes. It was the shortest pedicure that I’ve ever had. She was finished with me in 25 minutes. No leg massage and barely buffed my feet. She was in a hurry the minute I sat down. The manicurist told me that she wanted home in a hurry. I had a scheduled appointment and they acted as if I was an inconvenience. Not relaxing at all. It was like if I went to fast food drive thru. This place is a fry short of a happy meal.
They always make sure my nails are beautiful shaped. I usually get a little nail art and I'm always super happy with the results
I went here for my 20th birthday and was unsatisfied. I got nails done while my brothers and dad got the feet cleaned they didn't take there time and rushed. On my nails my nail tech rushed through it all. I wanted them pink and coffin shape. We spend almost 300 dollars there. And didn't get what we wanted. The staff was nice but my nail tech rushed and didn't do a good job. It was rushed and sloppy and I want to be a Nail tech and that is not what I will do. And if Customer called and said that they didn't like it I would do everything to fix the problem. So I would get those customers back again and again. I would give no stars but it won't let me but thats what they deserve.
