I only was serviced 3 times in total. Both side of my hair is very short and broken off. From the use of excessive heat. I have no curl pattern my hair wet is completely straight. The last young lady that did my hair wasn’t educated on how to accommodate African American hair. She was flat iron my hair meanwhile my roots were still wet. My hair is so damaged I have to hide it now. I’m so embarrassed I’m known for having voluminous natural hair I have none now. Blotches of hair just missing. I barely straighten my hair. I can no longer do that it’s completely damaged.
I went to get color n a blow out in July 2022. While they were nice they did not speak English. One stylist had a small child who cried for over an hr. They do not know how to color match so my hair color was not a good match. They could not accept and credit or debit cards so I had to leave and get cash. I was a horrible experience.

I came here for a service advertised on instagram for $125.. after getting a horrible color job over 4 almost 5 hours there and leaving with a harsh color block line on my forehead, the tips of my ears an back of my neck stained terribly i ended up paying $465!!!! i’ll never be back again unless it’s for a basic blow out and probably not even that..

I have fine thin hair and the hair salons I've gone to to do my hair is a complete failure until I found Patty's hair salon, she has done my hair for 2 yrs now and Everytime I've gone to her I'm very satisfied. Patty does exactly what you ask if her.
