I went to this salon for the very first time, overall I guess Maria was nice at first. However when it came down to my hair it was an absolute nightmare, I’ve had long curly hair my ENTIRE LIFE. I went in for a black hair dye and blower, every since I went here after that hair dye my hair has been falling in clumps just by touching it my hair doesn’t curl at all, I have no volume, my hair feels like a dead leaf. This has been a complete nightmare, my hair has always been my price possession since I was a little girl and this lady Maria destroyed it. I texted her about my concerns and she immediately said I could have health issues and it could be the reason as to why my hair is falling. I’m 26 years old and I’m healthy no health issues. Due to being healthy my hair was NOT falling, I go to her salon and all of a sudden my hair is falling in clumps it can’t be a coincidence. Whatever products she used were severely damaging. She also said she can’t waste her energy on my concerns which has got to be the most inconsiderate and unprofessional response I’ve ever heard in life, she also blocked me. For the love of god, please don’t go to this salon she does not know what’s she’s doing she should be sued if anything!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY ENTIRE LIFE. She can’t even do a real blower as a Dominican stylist, a real Dominican doesn’t need irons or other tools for a stunning blower, she uses extra hair tools to complete a blower which we all know is more damage to hair.
I have very curly hair, not ease to blow dry and iron and Maria does an excellent job. She leaves my hair straight and smooth. She is very nice and her work is great. I totally recommend!
My Dominican Maria, she is a very good hairdresser, she has a positive attitude all the time, she is usually happy singing and dancing and working fast and professionally, she treats people with respect and love. Is the first time I go with a stylist that instead of criticizing my hair saying is difficult hair or bad hair, instead say good positive things like “you have strong hair” and give solutions instead of criticize. When I go to the salon with Maria I spend a good time, she is nice and do a great job in my hair, she do it fast. And she is affordable, her prices are just. And let me mention that everybody else in the salon is nice, they are always joking around, laughing, offering you Coffe and willing to help you.
Mi dominicana María es la mejor, es una muy buena estilista, profesional, alegre y con actitud positiva todo el tiempo, siempre cantando y bailando pero a la misma vez haciendo un excelente trabajo de manera rápida. Te trata con cariño y te habla dulcemente y con respeto. No te critica el pelo ni se queja de lo que te han hecho otras estilistas, sin embargo es la primera vez que una estilista en vez de criticarme me dice cosas buenas sobre mi pelo y me levanta el autoestima. Propone soluciones para mejorarlo en vez de criticar. Cuando hago una cita con ella, ella está a tiempo. Sus precios son justos y no te carga más y más o extra por cualquier ñoñería como hacen muchos estilistas abusadores. Te cobra justamente y ya. Estoy feliz de haberla encontrado. Experimente las extensiones de tape con ella por primera vez y estoy feliz. El salón es un ambiente alegre de amistad donde todo el mundo está dispuesto a ayudarte. Paso un buen momento cuando voy.
I found Maria through Google a few years ago, and let me tell you, what a blessing it has been! She has transformed my hair from the bottom up. It was so destroyed before I met her. Magic hands I promise you! Going to her will be the absolute best choice you can make for your hair. It’s always a pleasure seeing her and she makes me feel brand new every time I go. If I could leave 10 stars, I would. 10/10 RECOMMEND!
