I just moved to Brockton and been looking for hair salon. This is not it. In my life even after pandemic been charge $80 for my hair length. 45 to 50 if hard to detangle which was supposedly case here for natural hair. Was not wash well i still feel the itch, oily and stiff. So much more but overall experience was awful. Went tried to speak up i got “i been a professional for a long time card.” defensive reaction. Usually i dont try anything hard with new salon just wash and blow dry just see how they do but even that wash was awful. Blow and flat iron was a total fail as you can see in the picture after a few hours. This just first day picture. My hair would usually look like that after a few days of rain Michelle was the hair dresser. Never again. Money won’t be a problem if the job was done right. But this was money thrown in the trash.????
Domingas great customer service, good prices and excellent service by stylist, Marcelina. My hair always looks beautiful. I’m natural. I get a color, wash and blow dry. My hair is healthy! Thank you Marcelina and Domingas. Great salon!❤️✂️

As soon as i got in, the receptionist look lost when i ask for what i wanted, to the point i almost left. But she find a stylist who took care of me without an appointment. She was very gentle doing shampoo, detangling my hair and blow drying. Very nice and professional. I would recommend this salon it was very clean. The other half of the salon was a Barbershop. The salon overall is big and clean. My big surprise was the price. They charge me $75 for only a wash & blow! I couldn’t believed but of course i paid. I would not come back! My advice ASK up front how much for the services before you get a surprise.
I went to this salon and booked an appointment very last minute and I showed up and they slayed my hair! I have 4c hair and I was scared of how my hair was going to come out and it came out alot better than expected! I will definitely be back book with Marcelina!
I can't even think of the words to explain my experience. I 100% would recommend this place. I moved to Randolph 5 years ago and have been traveling to Boston every other weekend. Gas prices are getting too high so I needed somewhere closer. A family member of mine had recommended this place, so I thought to give it a try. Not going to lie; at first I was a bit skeptical because of the location and when you first walk in there is a giant service booth. I almost thought I was in the wrong place. But nope, the service booth is full of hair styling products you can buy if you needed anything to take home and style yourself. There also is plenty of parking in front. I had made an appt and was seen within 30 mins even though they were short staffed that day. I got an "amazing" well needed cut and the most "perfect" blow-dry, I forgot to mention I have extremely coarse hair. I just loved this place and I plan to keep going back!

I actually had the owner do my hair and she was extremely rude and unfriendly. I have thick hair 4b/4c, she was rude and heavy handed. the blow dryer was extremely hot and burnt my scalp. I told her she, but she kept going. Burnt me with the straightener. They over charge. I now have heat damage in the front and back of my head. My hair came out nice but very unprofessional!
