I took my dog here to get a really short haircut for the summer time. The price was fair and she looked good when I picked her up. The hair wasn't cut perfectly, but I was satisfied.

Fast forward to about 1.5 months later and her hair looks terrible. It's growing back very uneven due to it being cut so unevenly. I also think she had some sort of allergic reaction to the products they used, because her skin was EXTREMELY dry a few days after she got the hair cut. Her skin is still very dry and her hair is not growing back very well - it keeps breaking off.

As you can see in the photos, the dry parts of her back are not growing in well and it looks patchy and really badly done.

Overall I am not happy with the cut. I get my dog's hair cut every summer (she's 6 years old) and this has never happened before. I will not be returning to this groomer and I suggest checking your dog's hair closely before leaving to make sure their skin is not excessively dry and their hair is cut evenly.

This was Deiliahs first time getting her nails cut, and washed. They did FANTASTIC! She is a rescue dog and is unsure of people, although unsure at first she loved it! They did an awesome job with her and where patient. Thanks to them she no longer smells like a chicken bone and had slept since ????

Honestly I wasn't happy at all with my baby girls haircut it looks butchered around her neck as if where the shade was wasn't cut at all, she's a pomeranian mix but was told that they normally just trim them up (no style) even worse they cut her wiskers off!!!!

They took great care of my dog Bandit. Got a same day appointment, dropped him off for a bath and nail trim and 1.5 hours later picked him up clean and fresh. Really friendly staff and excellent prices. We will be back

They do the best job on my Yorkie!! I now live in Forest Park and still brink my boy down to Covington for his grooming. All I tell them is what length to cut him and the rest they do on their own. They always do a fantastic job!! Oh and he smells amazing afterwards as well. Like some kind of awesome doggie Axe or something. Lol

Cut was much better than the last place we tried in the area. Price was still around 100 for 2 small dogs. I can't really understand their online booking. They use cutesy terms that are not clear on what kind of cut you want so I just called in.

The place is clean and well kept. The staff members aren't very personable but their skills make up for it! I'd recommend, they do a great job!
