There’s a reason why Andy is only mentioned in 5 star reviews. He’s literally perfect. I love fun artsy nails but I’m not good at picking colors or designs. With him I don’t have to. I love that he’s so creative and always has an idea ready to go. He’s also super kind, welcoming, and knows how to treat his clients.
I went in to get a regular polish manicure and pedicure. I got there at 10:00 AM, finished my services around 11:00 AM and did not leave until 12:15 PM. I sat under the dryer for over an hour, and finally had to ask the receptionist how much longer I needed to sit. She told me I was good, as they typically only sit people there for twenty minutes. I have gotten a lot of manicures and my life and have NEVER sat that long. It seems my tech completely forgot I was there. While going my pedicure she out acetone in the polish. Again, I have never seen that done and do not think it is safe. My toe nail is uneven, I have polish in my cuticles, and my cuticles do not look good at all. It was very rushed. I would not recommend. Save your money and go somewhere else.
I love coming to DK Nails! Kaitlyn is amazing at picking out the right colors for my nails and she’s super sweet! Mrs. Michelle always does a fantastic job with my nails. I love how she’s very detailed and precise with her work!! Definitely recommend getting your nails done at DK nails!! Especially if you like designs like me. ????????
Honestly I only go here because it is close to my house. Every time I make an appointment the wait time is 30-45mins (example: appointment will be at 12pm won’t get in a chair till 12:45-1pm) this is my 3rd time going to this salon (I was referred here by family who go here)and I am new to the area. I was thinking it was just me but I get very basic service. Gel fill and a pedicure with regular nail polish. The price is already outrageous for something that should cost $65. But I understand I am in a new area. The last fill I received The tech got to close to my cuticles and literally left me with my skin burning till they healed. This time around I had to have the techs apply the top coat eventually, if you are not on top of them they will have u leaving paying for service that isn’t up to standards for the price. I have never been charged for my natural nails being long. One min it’s $80, the next it’s $85. The back in forth with price is weird to me. The polish is of good quality but the techs and the service falls below the standards I am use to. I am very particular about my nails because they are my natural nails, and if I am paying close to $90 for simple service I expect it to match the price tag.
Absolutely Love ❤️ Andy! He is so precise, he listens to my requests and always comes through! We chat about very interesting and educational topics, he likes to be engaged with his clients. I always make my future Apts. With the receptionist before leaving. Andy is my first choice and keeps on schedule. Andy has never had me wait to be seen. He respects my time as I do his!

So beautiful, the staff is nice. The massage chairs are so comfortable at no charge while you wait to be seated.
I’m posting this for a friend this is absolutely horrible not even two weeks and look the acrylic is horrible don’t even look like a real nail!! Negative 0 is what it needs to be smh…. Do better and find new nail techs!!
My husband and I waited 25min for a pedicure just to be told he couldn't be serviced due to his height. I explained that we have be customers for 5 years without an issue. Then Michelle the manager said they don't see clients over 250 pounds due to their chairs which is also a lie. But first it was due to height. They discriminate against black people and it's wrong. Even the other employees couldn't explain this magic policu. Why have us waiting so long if this was a real issue? It's horrible to see such racism. I left and didn't get my pedicure, please don't support this organization.
