Not from the area so today was just a random pick from a delivery app.

Very hungry and just to be safe and eat at least one good meal, I ordered 2.

BEST CHICKEN MEALS I'VE EVER HAD IN UK!

Expected a bigger wrap (Supreme Wrap Meal) but it turns out it was the perfect size!

The other one, panini meal, as good as the wrap!

Again, 10 stars in my book!

Would not eat from here again, chicken coating and meat was bland, watery dip and hardly any of it, fries over cooked and worse of all none of the staff preparing the food were not wearing any type of uniform they were dressed as though they were at home, not one memer of staff wore caps or beard nets, to prevent hair from going in people's food. Seemed more like a social gathering amongst friends then people hard at work. Worst dixy chicken I have ever eaten I honestly would not even feed it to a rodant let alone a dog. very disappointed, definalty gives the franchise a bad representation. A far cry from the delicious food I have eaten in Birmingham City center dixy takeaways. Sort it out this is a business not a social club. Too busy thinking about the money and too little time thinking about delivering great food and customer service.

Waste of time and money!! Ordered four burgers and two drinks and they couldn't even get that right. One burger was missing, called the shop to complain so they said they'd send me one out but never bothered, shut the shop and went home.

Never ordering again appaling customer service and food was not what i ordered chicken was dry on top of that delivery driver charged more than what i was told disgusting!!!

Ordered an 8 piece party bucket. Chicken was dark obvious it was chicken. Took 2 hours to come will not be ordering from here again

I was a loyal customer that use them regularly but i wouldn't even give them a star after the customer service I've just received. After an hour and 20minutes of waiting for our order, it finally arrives only to missing most of it, after several attempts of trying to contact them, Im eventually told I'd have to wait another half hour for the rest of my order. 40 minutes past, no one answer the phone, eventually 2 hours after the original order was placed i finally speak with someone who then tell me I would have to wait another 40 minutes to cook bloody rice. This is disgusting customer service and I will not be ordering with them again!!
