I am currently 38 weeks pregnant and was dying for a good pedicure. My typical nail salon was booked up for the week so I decided to give someone else a shot. My son had an event nearby so I decided to stop in while I waited. WORST DECISION! I opted to do the Super Deluxe Pedicure ($50 + $15 for gel). They did not tell me upfront that there was an additional charge for gel. I figured there would be and am ok with that, but I do wish that they would have stated that before they were halfway through my pedicure. A pumice stone barely touched my feet and I left with them just as rough and dry as when I walked in. From start to finish this “Super Deluxe Pedicure” was less than 40 minutes. Before I had a chance to get my shoes on she asked me to go ahead and pay her which was no problem, just not what I’m typically used to. The problem was as soon as I paid and tipped her, she turned off the light to the pedicure station and walked away. The pedicure stations are in the back and there was no actual overhead light, just the light above each individual chair. I was also the only back there so once the light above my chair went off there was little to no light. Now I am off to another Salon to get a decent pedicure and spend more money which is pretty infuriating. Needless to say if your looking for a good pedicure this isn’t the place for you.
I won’t be back to Dixie nails, to sum up my experience… Rush Job!!! Johnny did my nails he did not shape or file my nails smooth every nail shape was different Gel polish was lumpy and my nails were chipping and lifting in 5 days. SMH $55 down the drain!
I’ve been coming to Dixie nails for over 2 years now. The last few months my pedicures have gotten sloppy rough and now not clean! If it wasn’t for Kenny doing my nails i would not come at all. Spoke to manager about my issue and she had her “mom” do my pedicure then came back and Judy did my pedicure first time perfect 2nd time she cut my cuticles so low which caused an infection and third time pedi bowel was filthy water wouldn’t drain and instrument where not clean! I hate to leave bad reviews but when i feel like my issue is not taking seriously as a customer then i will no

Today was my first visit to Dixie Nails & Spa, and I will definitely go back. I was able to sit down and get my nails done immediately. The salon was clean, and they had several colors to choose from. I recommend getting your nails done there.
Very upset! The first picture is what I showed the lady of what I wanted and as you can see, I got nothing like it and every single nail was so crooked. I kept trying to explain to the lady and she just didn't understand so I finally just said forget it. And I felt like I was DEFINITELY WAY OVER CHARGED. I have NEVER paid that much for a full set and she did nothing special that should have cost so much.
Google has repeatedly deleted my review as to why I gave it 1 star (would give it 0) for reasons unknown! Basically waste of money, unprofessional, horrible customer service and horrible results!! (I paid $100 for this set and my toes when I shouldn’t have paid them for these results )
Update: the nails were soooo thick that a different nail salon couldn’t get them off easily. It was very painful to get this set removed.
Best service, I had Ombre full set done. The lady was so nice.
