Doesn't matter the level of difficulty or the design you want, they always come through. Great customer service and great technicians. Love the atmosphere. Also, not many salons carry acrylic that matches the nail bed of brown/black people, this one does. If you don't like that extra pink base that doesn't look natural on brown skin (for a French or anything else) COME HERE.
I’ve been going here for 9 years ; absolutely love it here! They will try and accommodate any design. Ken is so detailed with his manicures. Devin, Ben and John are TOP NOTCH technicians ????????????????????????
Diva nails are amazing!! The lady who did my nails actually took her time to make sure everything was even and looks identical to the picture I showed her. If you look at the photos i put, you can see the inspo picture and the picture of my nails. I love these so much. She did such a good job. Definitely recommend coming here. Great service and workers!!
This will be my FIRST and LAST time there. I called before I went and they told me that they were not busy. Once I got there I waited for over 30 minutes. There was a lady before me that waited for over an hour. I was originally gonna get design but their customer service is just so bad I changed my mind immediately and basically got extensions done only. I was charged $50 for extensions and removal. They shouldn’t have charged me for removal in the first place if this is how they remove customers acrylic nails. The guy aggressively removed my acrylic by ripping them off with this tool by digging in and lifting them from my original nail, they did not soak my nails with nail polish remover so I was in so much pain and the other employees could tell. There weren’t that many customer so I don’t know why he was rushing to get my nails done, maybe he didn’t like me from the very beginning (which is fine, I don’t really care). Didn’t say thank you or even bother to tip due to how bad their service was. I didn’t take a picture of how they looked when they aggressively removed it, but below is a picture I found on google of how it looked. Good luck surviving in the nail industry, Diva.
People are nice. Its busy. I recommend appt. The place is very spacious,that's a plus for me. My guy( BEN ) omg amazing. He takes his time he did such an amazing job. I can't wait to go again. The price is up there, depends on what you need, but so worth it.????????????????????❤❤
They did a great job! Got a regular pedicure with gel polish and my eyebrows waxed. Valentina did a wonderful job with my pedicure! From the time I walked in until the time I left she was very friendly and helpful with choosing a cute color, asking me my water temp. preferences, fixing a couple of my toe nails that were shaped awkwardly, etc. She didn’t rush through the process or anything; took her time and did it right. She was very attentive to details through every step.
Cookie did a great job as well on my eyebrows! She was super friendly and did exactly as I asked. I just wanted them cleaned up and a bit of an arch. She was sooo quick but made sure to check with me multiple times to make sure I liked what I seen so far before she proceeded. I loved how I was in and out with her (which is great bc I was strapped for time).
The front desk personnel was very sweet and actually engaged with the customers, not just sitting down not paying attention. I don’t think she ever sat down actually lol. She was so busy helping customers as well as cleaning all of the areas and dusting everything. My nail tech also opened the products in front of me which lets me know they are not re-using on other customers feet.. that’s a huge plus!
If I had one “negative” it would be that they have a drink menu for beer and wine, as well as a bar area with different wine bottles showing, but they don’t actually serve any of it. So it’s just to make the place look pretty I’m guessing. I love a glass of bubbly when I’m getting pampered, but it’s no biggie. I would gladly return with or without the vino! :)

I love it, my nail tech her name is T that how theycall her , is the best I have found senses I move from new Jersey and I have been to alot off nail salon in my two years ???? I will stay there as long as she there love the place it clean and beautiful ???? love the worker there ❤️ they friendly and helpful ❤️ and here what I ask and what I got ❤️ ????
The receptionist was very warm and kind. Now, Ms. Sandy D AMAZING! I had my feet, nails and she is walking me through this first time brow tinting technique and she did a fabulous JOB! Thank you, DIVA!
