This place is a joke. I went in for a dip removal and this is how they left my nails. Dry, with cotton and dip still on my nails.when I pointed out that product was still on the nails he said I could sit longer but I had already been there for 45 minutes which is plenty of time for a dip removal. I will NEVER come here again. Don’t waste your money.
Appointments are not honored and I finally just gave up on coming here. I used to be a regular customer but stopped coming here because appointments were never honored. They were either running late or the person I booked with would start my nails and then say another person was finishing them for me. I thought I would give them another chance after a few years given I live very close to here. Absolute mistake. I had an appointment at 11am today. I walked in and noticed my technician was in no way going to be done with her current client at 11am. I thought, ugh, and remembered why I stopped coming here in the first place. I sat down with my technician at 11:15am only to have her start buzzing my nail polish off on my first finger while telling me that another person was actually going to do my nails. I literally got up and walked out. Don’t bother booking appointments and if you do, don’t count on getting in on time or seeing who you actually booked with.
Have gone there for years. Was a wonderful relaxing experience. Something I used as a treat for myself. No longer. It's loud, the towels smelled sour, the room smelled like Lysol. They barely cleaned the equipment. The room was freezing cold. The worst was that the staff spent the entire time yelling across the room and talking super loud. No music, and football on all of the tv's. Will be looking for a new salon.
The gal we had didn’t listen to my daughter’s opinion of how she wanted them and did them her own way. She was so rough with yanking around her hands, filing them gruff, and they were all uneven and different shapes. It was the worst manicure we’ve ever had. On top of that she was very rude when we gently suggested some changes. A waste of $70!!
I’ve been going to Diva Nails for almost 2 years - I always call ahead just in case they are super busy, but they do take walk ins! They’ve always done an amazing job on both my pedicure and acrylic nails with gel!
I have been to this shop 3 times and I won't be back. The first time I had gel manicure and it was nice so I came back. The second time my gel manicure chipped right away. The terrible thing was the nail technician burned the skin underneath my eye lids with the wax. I did not realize it at the time and just thought my skin was sore from the wax. I contacted them from out of town but no attempt was made to reimburse me or anything. Although the picture is ghastly, I did not scar. The third time I came in I had a gel manicure and what was supposed to be a regular pedicure. The nail tech put gel polish on my toes. I'm glad I checked it before I left. When the gel rubbed off they fixed it without an apology for wasting my time and in a very rushed manner. So I will be moving on and not coming back to this establishment.
Do not waste your time going here! I had really high hopes for this place when I first started going and liked it until I was charged 60 dollars for a fill (my friend got a full set and was charged the same) (my nails are white with a tiny heart drawn on). That night I realized there was a dent in my left thumb nail. 2 days later, my pinky nail snapped right off just by brushing against the wall. 3 days later my thumb nail started to crack. 4 days later my ring finger broke off the same way. Today my thumb nail broke all the way across and it started bleeding. I went in to get them fixed and she was rushing through it and asked if I needed the same design that was on before. I said yes and when she got done she charged me 10 dollars because that’s their policy for nails that break within a week. I explained how to her how much I paid previously (60 with a 10 dollar tip) and it was a fill and how I should not have to pay extra for her not doing my nails correctly and that 80 dollar FILLED NAILS SHOULD LAST MORE THAN A WEEK. Especially when it was within DAYS they broke. I will never go here again and I will tell people I know to do the same. Very disheartening, rude, and unprofessional.
Man manicure. On vacation and wanted to give it a shot for an upcoming wedding. The nail tech was very nice and quick, but my nails were cut super short. Also the equipment looked old, worn and not fresh.

Additionally, one commenter had a bad experience where the technician did not listen to their preferences and performed a rough and uneven manicure. 2. Lack of cleanliness: Multiple commenters complain about the cleanliness of the salon, mentioning loud noise, sour-smelling towels, unclean equipment, and cold temperatures in the rooms. 3. Inconsistent nail quality: Commenters mention instances where the gel manicure chipped immediately or the nails broke within a few days, indicating a lack of attention to proper application and durability of the products. 4. Lack of professionalism: One commenter had a negative experience with a technician burning their skin and not receiving any reimbursement or apology. Another commenter was charged extra for fixing nails that broke within a week, despite already paying a significant amount for the initial service. 5. Overpricing: One commenter mentions being charged a high price ($60 for a fill) for a simple nail design, which they believe is not worth the cost. This, coupled with the poor quality of the service, leads to a feeling of being overcharged for subpar results. 6. Outdated equipment: One commenter mentions that the equipment used in the salon appears old, worn, and not fresh, suggesting a lack of investment in maintaining up-to-date tools for the customers' satisfaction.
Overall, the comments show that Diva Nail Spa has significant weaknesses when it comes to honoring appointments, providing consistent and high-quality services, maintaining cleanliness and professionalism, and pricing their services appropriately. These weaknesses can greatly impact the customer experience and lead to dissatisfaction and a loss of trust in the salon. It is important for Diva Nail Spa to address these issues in order to improve their reputation and retain their customer base.
