Always have my nails done here by Charlotte. Absolute diamond. Very talented and knowledgeable nail technician who gives great advice to maintain a good strong natural nail. Provides advice about which products is best. I’m currently wearing a set of builder gel with shellac and Charlotte had never done me wrong. Will never go anywhere else, prices are extremely reasonable as well. Picture is with almost 3 weeks of nail growth
Had a trim today that cost me £22.50, none of my hair is blended in and looks like I am wearing a crash helmet NOT HAPPY..
Update- went to a different salon the next day and they corrected your mess, and was also told they have had to correct a lot of your mistakes. I will be going there from now on

My wife was very pleased with the service and will go again.
My daughter went for a haircut, very disappointed, they didn't cut it as she wanted and told her stand up it would look better, not very nice people.
I decided we needed a change as our previous salon really hiked it's prices and the cuts were not always great. So glad to change to Beverley! She cut my son's hair in half the time, knew how to put him at ease and the hair cut was superior to the previous salon.
Needless to say I will go there for my own hair too! Thankyou xx
I've been visiting Directors cut for a few years now and the wonderful Leanne has been by stylist for a couple of years now I think. All the staff are very friendly and I look forward to my appointments.
Went to book an appointment in crystal peaks and the woman at the desk (didn't know her name as there was no name tag) interrupted me and told me to go to the barbers just because my friend wanted his sides shaved and a trim. I wouldn't have minded being told to go there, it was just her lack of caring and rudeness. Won't be going back there for my hair cuts and dying either.
