I’m a nail tech but I was honestly too lazy to do my own nails.
I experienced very poor customer service! They also gossip about customers in a different language while you sit there. ????
Unsanitary too. The techs didn’t wash their hands or the equipment once inbetween clients while I was there, on both occasions. This afternoon and this evening. Very concerning because that’s how infections are spread.
My hands weren’t sanitised prior nor was I asked to wash them prior to beginning the service, the nail file wasn’t changed even though it had seen better days. I wasn’t happy with my nails leaving the shop. The shop was full and I didn’t want to kick up a fuss in front of other customers. I called the shop when I got outside.
For context I requested chrome nails and I could still see the black gel polish because the chrome wasn’t applied properly it was rushed!!! The guy was rushing to get to another client. My right hand was fine though.
The lady I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude told me it was my fault I wasn’t happy and I’d have to come back in a week. ????
I requested a partial refund or my nails be fixed. I was told to come back at 7pm. Arrived early, come 7 I still wasn’t seen.
There was no apology for the poor service even though I paid €50 and brought my own product acrylic and chrome for sanitary reasons!!!
I requested to speak to a manager and was told she was on holidays and wouldn’t be back for another month. She was in the shop!! The guy advised he’s new there and didn’t know the managers name. Asked him could he ask the other staff and he proceeded to yell at me in a shop full of people. ????????
Such a negative experience when getting your nails done is meant to be an enjoyable experience. Don’t recommend. Save your time, money and save yourself a headache.
I am a carer and brought a Service User, who has an intellectual disability to get her nails painted to this establishment today.
When I first arrived, I asked the lady working at the till, if they had any appointments for nails. She responded yes and assumed the appointment was for myself and offered to do my nails. When I explained it was for the Service user, she refused and informed me they no longer have an appointment available.
I was confused and questioned why the appointment was no longer available, she just kept refusing so I asked her to clarify why she would not paint her nails. She tried to say that in case she bit her nails, it would not be good.I explained that she has had her nails painted before and she knows to let them dry. She still refused to paint them and completely discriminated against this person because of her disability. Her behaviour was disgusting and I cannot believe I've witnessed people carrying on like this in 2023.
I am so angry that I had to write this review to let people know how they treat people. Absolutely inhumane to treat anyone like this.
Loved it. Staff were very friendly. Young woman who did my nails for me explained everything as we went along. A really enjoyable experience and I'll definitely be going back.
Only time I have ever had a manicure anywhere in the world that DID NOT include a colour polish application also. Manicure was fast and not very good, woman who did it rude, overpriced. First and last time I will ever have it done their again.
I would not recommend. Its not professional or friendly. The standard of this salon is severly lacking. Avoid.

Got my nails done here for my debs, the colour was beautiful but the shape of the nails was all over the place, one nail was left huge and chunky, another had a chip in the paint which they wouldn’t fix. The staff were super friendly which is why I’m giving two stars, although a little rough with your hands. My sister also had gels done here before where she had to go back in and get them redone as they were completely transparent. I know their prices are cheap but I would definitely recommended going elsewhere and paying slightly more for better quality nails.
I booked a pedicure and manicure via a Facebook message. My appointment was confirmed but when I arrived the manager stated I had booked for 2 people. I showed her the message and the pedicure started. She them proceeded to shout at me for making a mistake despite the fact it was her error. Only the pedicure had started I would have left. Horrible experience and totally unprofessional. Will not be returning.
