Many great barbers who do all kinds of of cuts. Fades, parts, beards, all that. The good music and relaxing atmosphere is perfect for kids too. My guy Kevin has been cutting my son and I for over a year, he has never missed a cut, neither have we!
Sign says walk ins welcomed yet apparently you need an appointment. Waited inside for 5-10 min before being informed I needed an appointment. Not very professional
I've been coming here for several years although not regularly. While I find it difficult to get the same barber twice in a row, I've never had a bad cut. Actually, some astonishing compliments on my haircut afterwards. To me, just a man with a mustache, to others, a man with a good haircut :D
Came here two weeks ago and the owner cut my hair, he did a great job... but unfortunately he moved to Texas and he put me in contact with one of the barbers named Kevin. I called Kevin and booked an appointment for Friday but had to cancel it because of a issue I needed to resolve and rescheduled with him for Sunday. I show up today (Sunday) and Kevin isn't here, the dude inside asked me if I had an appointment and I told him yes with Kevin at 10:40. So he calls Kevin and has a short convo with him and the dudes like I don't have an appointment with him and I won't be in until 1PM so he can call me and reschedule. Nah bro I already did that on Friday. I called you two days ago. And i made sure to call you several hours in advance to cancel my original appointment. You're just trying to play me now. This is how you treat customers it's too easy I'll take my money elsewhere. And the five people that I've told about y'all I'll make sure I retract my praises about this barber shop.
I’m going to keep it short and simple...not going to name the person who cut my hair or say when I received the cut but I’m deciding to do this review now because I feel like it needs to be done...
One of the worst Hair Cuts I’ve ever had was from this shop. I asked for one thing (even showed a picture), and I got something completely different. I had to go home and fix what I could. I Felt rushed, and the barbers were late to open the shop. Hard to support local businesses when things like this happen. I really wanted to like this place because some of the barbers were nice. It’s so hard to find a good shop in the state of Washington because a lot of barbers do lackluster work here.
Safe to say that I’m Never going here again.
The guys are nice, friendly, and professional. I walked in looking to fix a haircut I got the day before from another shop in town. They took care of it and gave me a great haircut. I would definitely recommend this shop.
Ask for Rodney. He's the best fader there. Long wait times but book ahead 2 or 3 days before and through the Booksy app. For any army guys looking to get a cut on Sunday, don't. Place gets packed so come on Saturday
Trojan the Barber is a great barber. 1st time there and definitely won't be the last. Very professional and personal. Excellent visit and amazing service.
