Sloppy pain job, left red polish all over my skin, she told me I was picky and no one else complains. I asked her to remove the polish on my skin and she tried to drill my skin, they don’t have you wash your hands and get upset if they do a sloppy job, 4 hours later one nail is chipped already. Never ever again!

I just needed to get a fill for my black ombre nails, So I figured I'd stop at the next place I saw which was Deluxe Nails. There was one lady there working She was very polite which is why I gave two stars.

She did not tell me (until after she was done filling them in with the light pink, & I complained that she used the machine to grind down into the black & did not recover it ombre style that) she doesn't know how to do the ombre ????

So now my nails are completely f'd up!!! All she had to do was use the pinkish white powder that she was doing them with to gently spread it over the black that she exposed. I don't know if there was a communication barrier but she said I have to take them all off and get a brand new set if I want them to look correct again. I know this to be untrue, because I watched how they were done so if she had done it correctly I wouldn't have so much black exposed.

She didn't use single use tools, she left bubbles in some of my nails, they're chunky & down by the skin they are visible too thin. You can see the difference!

These are just awful, even in a general aspect as far as shape goes & also the top coat is not all the way down by the cuticle, plus she chose to file the edges after she put the top coat on so it doesn't reach the edge of the nail I have rough raw edges. I am not sure why she thought this would be okay and she still charged me the full $45 even though I told her they look absolutely terrible. I'm very unsatisfied some of the nails don't even cover my real nail on the sides! There's acrylic on my skin now that I'm looking at it & it's lifting ????

These are not even going to last a week & I have to put nail stickers over them so they at least look halfway decent but because of the bubbles I'm gonna be able to see it through the nail sticker designs ???? I cannot believe how terrible even the top coat is, just wow!!

I wish I hadn't even paid her and just walked out ????????

From the second I walked in the door I was treated like someone they each dearly cared about. All the women were upbeat and smiley. I went from the rage I had when I entered deluxe nails, to hugging "kim" goodbye. My nails are the best they have been ever! I was put into such a good mood from their service, and company that when I drove away out of the plentiful parking lot, I realized my nails were bright pink and sparkly!!! LOVE!!!

Please dont choose this place to get the services done. Worst worst worst Nail saloon ever. Very rude and unprofessional. She messed up the nail polish all over my fingers when I asked her it is not looking good. She rubbed off and scrapped the nails like they do with greasy dishes.

Kim did a wonderful job with my nails! She told me the benefits of using powder, and I'm very happy that I did! A very natural look that I really like. I'll definitely be coming back for my nail care in the future!

Just moved, so tried this place out. Nice people, but this just might be one of the worst looking gel manicures I’ve ever had. Very sloppy at the cuticles. That said, it was very affordable-probably the cheapest one I’ve had, so I guess you get what you pay for.

I have been going to Deluxe Nails for a couple months now and I love how she makes my nails look so natural. She has fixed my nails that others have made horrible and I am so happy every time I leave.

I got my gal nails done n still have them all on 3 months later durin the pandemic!!!! :) Staff is ubber nice n quality last a long time!!!! :)
