I’m so upset. This was $60…. I asked for a pedicure with 2 acrylic big toes…I made an appointment and everyone was pretty nice. But I am so disappointed with the outcome. I had to tell the guy 2 times I wanted acrylic on my big toes, and he started just painting them with no acrylic. A lady was passing by and told him what I wanted. He didn’t seem happy. He was visibly irritated. He also has air pods in watching his phone 90% off the time he was working on me…After the terrible acrylic application a different lady came over to paint my toes. Again that ended terrible. This was my first time here and I just honestly can’t believe the outcome. I felt like a burden. If they couldn’t do it they should have just said so…It’s so bad my boyfriend now feels the need to get our money back and call up to complain about this situation. I NEVER complain and I NEVER don’t tip.. they also basically told me I can’t get my money back??
I love this salon ! After moving to Plymouth I was on the hunt for a new nail artist . I found Lexi on Instagram and I’m so glad I did . She’s done incredible work on me with acrylics , ombré French , painted French . My nails always look beautiful . Her and her sister Julie ( and the rest of the staff ) are very talented .

The gentleman who soaked off my acrylics while very friendly was quite rough and nicked my skin a few times then over sanded my nail beds instead of letting them soak longer because when I left they burned pretty bad. Another younger gentleman, Billy did my manicure and did a wonderful job. He took his time, he was gentle and I was very happy with the end result. Will be back for sure.

For $50, I would expect immaculate nails. Instead, I had paint on my skin, uneven edges that were also too wide. I had to reshape my ends as they were poorly shaped. Technician was nice and place was pretty nice.... Four days later, nail popped off.
