This is the second time I made an appt for eyelashes and pedicure and had to wait over 35 minutes. The first time it happened I gave them the the benefit things happen. Today same I just left disappointed. I have been a customer for over 2 years. Now on the lookout for a new place it is a shame,

I don’t normally like getting my nails done but I love it here! Been a few times and every time the staff are kind and take great care to make my nails look great. I’m really happy hat they can make me like my own nails with just a bit of color as I don’t want to go back to gel and maintaining that.

This is my #1 goto place for my nails & lashes , I live in Fl & TN but come here every chance I get , no place compares , Tracy is just the best at everything she does & I come from out of town just to get my nails, toes & eyelashes & eyebrows done by her . I've used this nail salon several times. They have reasonable prices, never a long wait, and all their technicians are very good and knowledgeable. My nails are healthy, where as at other places my nails have become weak and brittle. Also, the product last a long time!

Paid 70$ for this set of nails 2 days ago and contacted both shops fir both two days for refund and removal over the phone was instructed to come today due to bad weather yesterday a come back for them to remove them and want me to either leave or pay more for nails that they messed up 2 days prior. Not to mention I had wrist surgery and this was the first time I got my nails redone since and couldn’t really bare to sit for another 2 hours with my hands in that position. I’ve never been somewhere who doesn’t offer to fix their service or a refund but rather want me to waste my gas more of my time and still pay them more to fix THEIR mistake. Ridiculous. I’ll be contacting my attorney about any action that can be taken especially considering this place is disgusting dirty. Then proceeds to act like nothing was done wrong and if she redoes I will still be charged and won’t allow me any contact information for an owner.

Rude workers who do not know how to do nails. I’ve been there twice and I regret giving them another try, waste of my money. One of the worst services I’ve gotten. Save your money and go anywhere else!

Super clean with timely and quick service. The staff was nice and most importantly the owner was excellent! Very sweet and painted perfect perfect perfect! Truly an amazing establishment! They really took the time to make sure my nails were to perfection. Highly recommend this place! Definitely going to start coming once a week!

I was looking for a new salon and was reluctant to try Deluxe based on some of the reviews, most of which were not recent. However, I saw a very positive comment on FB and decided to give them a chance and I am so glad I did! Randy was so patient, meticulous and accommodating. And... he's a really nice young man. I will definitely be returning.

NOTE: I had to pop in for repair to one nail and Nikki was awesome!!!!!
