Great Cafe this. Overlooked it for months but decided to give it a try today.

Menu as expected for a working mans/woman’s Cafe.

I think we chose the medium Size breakfast but I didn’t do the ordering so I’m not sure.

Next time I’ll try the big one, though my mate found this one too big for him.

Food was good, well cooked well presented, tasty bacon and Sausages, eggs ( fried) done perfectly.

My only comment would be the Tomato’s which I can live without. I’d prefer Black Pudding or mushrooms rather than tinned tomatoes but everyone will have a different view.

Choice of Toast/ Fried Bread or Bread and Butter as part of the meal.

Well priced too, one of the cheaper venues we’ve found lately.

3 x Mugs of tea and a coffee.

Parking is a bit difficult but there is a fairly big car park 50 metres up the road.

Nice clean place, good food, well priced, comfortable with friendly staff.

What’s not to like?

Worst breakfast I've had in donkeys years under cooked slop and the staff's attitude is dreadful only thing I could say is that the other reviews must be staff or family

Had to take my breakfast back as they didn't give me what I ordered. And when I finally had it. It was disgusting and will never go there again. I would rather go to a back street burger van

This is an old fashioned cafe with a big breakfast for hungry workers. It also has dining for the discerning customer. Very friendly staff. We'll worth a visit.
