Hands down the best sandwich anywhere in perth super fresh and soft bread and the fillings are all generously put onto the sandwiches. My favourite is the minute steak which is super tender and the cheese and peppercorn sauce goes so well with it. The pricing is also very reasonable for what you get and i am more than happy to support a local business will continue to go whenever i have a craving for a good sandwich. ???????? ????
Currently eating humble pie to wash down my cream of mushroom soup that I was adamant I wouldn't like ???? wrong! It was nice, well done guys. Your lentil is still my soup true love tho.. My partner's sandwich was also great - biggest bread Iv ever seen.

I've tried to take my wife here about 7 times over the years since I left Perth, and it's been closed every single time. Opening hours don't seem to count for anything. Bonus star for my happy memories of coming here years ago.

Excellent sandwich's, wraps, rolls and soups. Extremely popular with locals and businesses. Short opening times 10:00-14:00 Tues-Sat. Closed Sunday and Monday.
Love this place, staff are always very friendly, so many fillings to choose from, my favourite is the chicken tikka wrap with melted cheese! Absolutely delicious!
Always lovely and good quality sandwiches and wraps freshly made to order. Highly recommend.
