I had eyelash extensions done for my wedding. The girl that did them was great! The experience was perfect my complaint is how long they lasted and how expensive they were. I wouldn’t mind spending that kind of money if they lasted. They looked absolutely beautiful on fri when I had them done and sat for my wedding but by sun morning they were already falling out. I cleaned them didn’t use mascara on them and followed all their directions but after less than a week of having them they were completely gone. I’m very disappointed! They are extremely expensive so for them to last less than a week is upsetting. I was very excited to have them done so I’m really disappointed that they didn’t last.

I would never come here again. The girl doing my eyebrow lamination didn’t even introduce herself or speak the whole time. I have never had a brow lamination before and she didn’t talk me through the process or anything. Also never taught me about after care just handed me oil. The brow lamination also didn’t work at all. My eyebrows are back to normal. It was so uncomfortable the whole time I was there I couldn’t wait to leave. It was a waste of my time and money.

Meagan did my lashes for a formal event. I love the look and the time saving convenience of not fussing with mascara or strip Lashes every day. I saw Megan again and I like them even more than I did the first time!

Update to my original review: after deciding to continue with Deka Lash, I have now cancelled my membership. I had an appointment on 9/21/22 at 9am. I walked in the door at 8:58 and was told that Meagan would be right with me. Finally at 915 while still waiting, I was told that Meagan was “on her way”. Since I had another appointment in the opposite direction immediately following, I could not wait for her to arrive. I called the telephone number that the tech gave me and was assured that the salon would reach out to me. Since then, I’ve called and texted on 6 subsequent dates and haven’t received a response! When an appointment is missed, the client is charged. I didn’t ask for that same consideration, I asked only for the balance on my membership to be reimbursed, a whole $32. To receive no response at all from the franchise owners and for them to refuse to refund my $32 is an absolute disgrace!

Cassie was great! She took her time and my Mega Volume lashes look great for my photo shoot tomorrow! Will definitely be back!!!

I had a good experience with Shannon … she was great… I had an issue with dekalash auto appointment system bc it sent me to the wrong dekalash but the operator helped me but it was a bit awkward bc it made me late… the link for directions in the reminder text took me to a dekalash the city over which wasn’t open but I got there ( to the right place )pretty soon after

Chelsea is great as a master lash artist! Plenty of parking, easy access from RT19, clean environment and personable, knowledgeable staff!

Very clean facility. My Lash expert provided very good service. I've never had this process done before and didn't realize that the false eyelashes are connected to your real eyelashes. I'm going through chemo and have some splotchy areas where my lashes aren't growing in and Caitlyn was not able to do anything with these areas. Not her fault, But I wish I would have known this before I made the appointment

Meghan at Deka Lash was amazing! She made me feel comfortable and at ease for my first time lash lift. She was very professional and efficient and I would definitely recommend her to all my friends. My lashes look great and I am so happy I decided to go see Meghan.
