I came in without an appointment, Lida was extremely sweet, sat me down offered me beverages, looked through inspiration pictures I showed her and she gave me feedback.
My nails are exactly what I wanted ????

I went into get a pedicure the first snow night that we had about a week ago and my pedicure was THE WORST I have ever had. She cut my skin under my toes one two of my toes. Its been about a week since before i was willing to take a pic because I was that upset about how horrible they looked. She kept digging her nail into my toe skin and I kept telling her ouch that hurt and I kept pulling my foot away when I was saying it. I will NEVER Go back there again! I still paid and still tipped her. HOWEVER NEVER again will I be going there. I leave for the Virgin Islands tomorrow and I now have to go with cut toes ????. You literally have one job ????????♀️ Save your money and your toes and go ANYWHERE else.
I asked for a pink nail color, turned out green. The woman put a black base coat for some reason but I got my toes done the same color without any base coat. The woman kept telling me “definitely different” after they came out green. Would not recommend.
Kia did an awesome job! Couldn’t be happier with my nails and my experience. Got an acrylic set with gel. They were friendly, professional, and I’ll definitely be returning!
Love love love this place !!! My nails and toes have some issues with psoriasis and I love how great they did. Also I know they will always fix if I’m not happy!! I’ve never had a bad experience but I know they would fix them bc the owner has said it to every person who walks out ! She’s so sweet and I love this place !!
I've had my nails done here a bunch of times and have been satisfied every time! Absolutely worth it. Plus I love the staff, they're all so nice!
So the owner and most of the staff is very nice! They agreed to redo my nails which was nice. Pic 1&2 first time around looks like I did them myself. 3&4 look better I think. The problem I have is that the second time around I mentioned the bubble shape on my thumb where too much polish was applied and the technician doing my nails told me that she isn't taking money from me and I should be glad that she isn't because it wasn't her fault. This is the same woman who when we came in the 1st time was losing patience with my 5 year old while painting her finger nails. Again the staff here for the most part is wonderful and the owners are super nice and based off their Saturday business and picture they use they must usually do good work, but I'm used to being quite pleased with my nails... I've never had these kind of issues before @ any other business and I've been getting my nails done for nearly 30 years????????
I was looking for a new place to go because I wasn’t sure the full set that I had I was very happy with. Sidenote it was not done by Dayton nail spa. As soon as I walked in the door they were very warm, and inviting , full of energy, and an atmosphere that I felt at home in. Miracle was very honest with me stating she did not like the set I had as well and that they would get me together. They understood the assignment !!!! ????????We soaked off the old set and started the new set. Before they were even filed down, I could tell that I was going to be much happier and they felt a lot lighter. As a team they all did a very great job and I am very happy with the results and I will be back. From the beginning to the end, nail art ,and all they are very professional and did a great job!!! I will be recommending them to anyone looking for a great place to go!
