This spot is amazing! The customer service is great. I had an incredible experience here. I got everything done from eyebrows to hair to nails and the service was done professionally and fast. Yanely the Hairdresser is the best and Yuliet the nail tech super creative. I’m very satisfied with their services and I’m given this Salon 10 out 10. If you are ever in this area you most come in!
This place is awesome. The costumer service is great. They always give you coffee, water or anything that you need. All the services I got done here are always 10 out of 10. Naty the lashes technician and Yanelys the hairdresser are the best. I recommend this place.
Amazing experience. Staff is very friendly and inviting. Very clean and prestige. If you’re in the area stop by for a mani/pedi, blowout or any other beauty service you may need.

This salon was one of my favorite beauty salons, the employees are really nice and will make you coffee while you wait for your appointment. The place is pretty big and they always have good music. The services I got where for hair, eyebrows and nails. I loved how everything came out! This place was a 10/10

I get it, going to places with Groupons doesn't get the same priority as full paying customers... But dang, if you don't want people going to Groupon for your services and you're just going to look down on them, DON'T get on Groupon.
Long story short, the lady who was supposed to cut my hair didn't show. The other people there who knew this lady wasn't showing, didn't care. I had to ask them to call her to see if she was coming. When they finally did, she wasn't even on her way. Forgot all about it.
You know, what the crazy thing is? i made the appointment with her literally yesterday. Not like weeks in advance.
You know why? Because every time I called before that, they didn't want to give me an appointment. They were too busy, they only accept it on Wednesday and Thursday...and my personal favorite, "We're closed. I just came in and answered the phone when you called."
Which is straight up a lie because i could literally HEAR the sound of multiple people in the background sounding a lot like an open salon.
Gosh, I'm so mad. I genuinely was so patient through all 4 annoying, unhelpful phone calls. But not giving enough respect to just show up? Or call to say you won't be on time. Scratch that. She didn't even remember she had an appointment. And everyone else there too, avoiding eye contact with me so they don't have to deal with me. Gah, what a waste of my time.
Leaving thirty minutes later with nothing done.
