This is my first time leaving a business review. I had gone here before with decent service. Last time I left feeling very underwhelmed and disappointed, today I was beside myself with the horrible service! To start on my pedicure the lady splashed water all over me soaking my entire pant leg. The temperature in the room was so cold my toes started turning blue while she was trying to work on them. Then the manicure started. She began by only filing my nails when I asked for them to be all cut to the same length, it took several tries. I have always had a round shape and after asking 4 times to please do more round I conceded to a semi square. Then the French process began, she kept saying it was too hard that I needed to do ANC, she attempted a few times but the white never even covered the the white of my natural nail. By this time I was completely out of patience and just asked to please complete in clear so I could leave....that was even a disaster, it looks horrible and is rough. Not to mention she didn't even trim my cuticles. I am done giving 2nd chances, will not go back.

Had an excellent experience getting my nails done this month would highly recommend going and checking it out! They do a wonderful job!!!

I've gone here several times in the past for pedicures, and was satisfied with the service. I went today and was told there was a 30 minute wait. After 40 minutes (others came in for manicures and were served) I questioned the length of the wait. The woman at the front was defensive and rude. No apologies, no explanation. I understand things can get backed up, but that is no way to treat a customer. Service is not what it used to be. I won't go back.

Poor manicure. Left nails uneven and jagged after gel polish was removed. When my wife pointed it out and asked for it to be filed/corrected the woman just nodded in acknowledgment and then continued to just paint over it. The polish was put on all at once (3 coats) and the fan was unable to properly dry it making it smudge. It looked like someone drunkenly painted her nails... Not worth paying for but was in a hurry and couldn't take time to argue for them to correct. Would have been better off without nails done then the result. :(

Not a fan. My daughter and I were in the area and I thought I would treat us to nails. A gel fill manicure for her and a pedicure for me.

Upon entering and telling them exactly what we want, they have my daughter pick out her color and take me to the back for the pedicure. They begin to work on my daughters nails and she questioned them when they wanted to soak her existing gel nail polish off after sanding it. They then told her no gel only ANC. At this point her existing gel was half removed and her hands a mess. She had no choice but to follow through on the ANC .

My pedicure was ok. The massage I paid extra for was mediocre. The tech did not have strong hands. She cut one nail too short and got the red polish on my skin causing a stain even after using the remover.

My entire pedicure was finished and my daughters nail still took an additional 45 min !! ( we started the same time!!!) Having set for an hour and a half her manicure should look perfect but came out chunky looking and powder dye around the cuticles probably because they didn’t have her wash in between .

We will never return .

I’ve been going to get my nails done here for years. Never had a problem until recently. I went the other night to get my ANC off and get a new color. They stuck me with a new lady that had NO idea what she was doing. She didn’t listen when I told her how I wanted my nails filed and when I had to repeat myself she ignored me. Before she could even start the new color I said I was done and I was ok with not getting them done. She looked at the guy owner and he didn’t even offer to take over when I said she doesn’t know what she’s doing. So I left. My nails weren’t even at all from her filing them I had to come home and cut them myself. Tonight I went back thinking it’d be ok… nope I was turned away in two seconds because I didn’t have an appointment the lady owner didn’t even say sorry or ask if I wanted to come back etc just said “no can’t take you” and turned around. For such a busy place they don’t have enough workers and are always in a hurry. I won’t be returning.

The lady I had appeared inexperienced. My nails were not filed evenly and they are very bumpy and dull. Not to mention, she and her coworkers were laughing at me when I asked to have them cut/filed shorter. I will not return here again.

The nail tech was kind of rude. When I tried to make conversation she wouldn’t reply. And she was talking on the phone a lot while doing my nails. I do like that she did my nails perfectly, but just wish she would of been a bit more talkative. She was also a little rough. I don’t think I will be returning. :(
