This is my first time leaving a business review. I had gone here before with decent service. Last time I left feeling very underwhelmed and disappointed, today I was beside myself with the horrible service! To start on my pedicure the lady splashed water all over me soaking my entire pant leg. The temperature in the room was so cold my toes started turning blue while she was trying to work on them. Then the manicure started. She began by only filing my nails when I asked for them to be all cut to the same length, it took several tries. I have always had a round shape and after asking 4 times to please do more round I conceded to a semi square. Then the French process began, she kept saying it was too hard that I needed to do ANC, she attempted a few times but the white never even covered the the white of my natural nail. By this time I was completely out of patience and just asked to please complete in clear so I could leave....that was even a disaster, it looks horrible and is rough. Not to mention she didn't even trim my cuticles. I am done giving 2nd chances, will not go back.
