One of my favorite places to get my nails done at since Highschool! Got shuluc, the nails look gorgeous! I love the autosphere. They don't disappoint. ????
Great experience with Creative Nails! Friendly staff members and quality service. I wanted sparkly nails for a fun trip and they turned out beautiful! They were also able to take me the same day ❤️
I will never go here again. I was cut pretty bad during the manicure. My finger looks beat up. I understand accidents happen, but when I pod for the upgraded pedicure for the extra massage and got literally a 3 min massage, I was not impressed. Whatever they used in the leg scrub also made my legs Red and bumpy. I will never go back here again. Pic is after the manicure. $45 for a pedicure. Never again.
La primera vez fue algo rápido y bueno .. pero el día de ayer fut me atendió una mujer con un look fuerte ... Uñas moradas y maquillaje fuerte .. una mujer de edad mayor .. destrozó mis uñas .. estaban largas y saludables y las dejo teri les .. me cortó varias veces y sangraron mis manos ahora duelen mucho...
They charged me $5 to take off my gel polish and put new gel on. She said “because we didn’t place the gel here, it’s an extra $5 to take it off”. Even though they would have taken it off anyway for the new polish so why are they charging? My nails were all uneven and different shapes, when I went to a different nail salon the person doing my nails literally said to pick one of my nails I like the most because they are all a different shape, and he will do the rest in that shape lol.
I also got a pedicure from this salon and felt pressured to pay for a better pedicure with the massage and hot rocks added, so I did. The lady doing my pedicure literally massages me for 5 seconds with her hands and then 5 seconds with the rocks and that’s it. (I promise I am not exaggerating, it was so quick and rushed). No point in paying extra, what a waste of money.
Don’t go here if you want mediocre, rushed, overpriced work. I will travel a little farther for something better! It’s crazy I literally live right around the corner, they could have got a lot of business from me. Never going here again!
There’s a reason this place is always busy. Quality of service and cleanliness is key, but i go because the work they do is perfection. highly suggest doing some of the nail art they offer, my nails turn out beautiful and instagram ready every time i go. Pro tip: CALL AHEAD!
I visited here twice the first I had to pay $5 for gel on my nails from a shop up the street in Northgate by bank of America. My nails were very damage paper thin. So I got a manicure. Second visit pedicure $28 water was hot but comfortable, nails were nice, the only issue was my heels, when I got home they needed to be buffed. I stop handing out tips when I receive poor service. If I have to finish the job, it is poor service.
Worst experience I’ve had. Kathy was so busy taking phone calls and with other customers. Whenever you go to a nail salon it should be relaxing and not an anxious environment. I let that slide considering it was only her and another staff only. It wasn’t until I got air bubbles in my nails that I told myself I wouldn’t be coming back again. Also if you want to spoil yourself with a nice extra design don't come here. If you want just the basics it’s good at baseline level and want to hear people yell most of the time come then.
