Just went in today to get my eyebrows waxed for the first time and now I'm obsessed! Lynn was amazing and did a great job! Will definitely go back again!
Kim and Ruby are the best! Kim does my fill and she is very fast AND very good. I am super picky too.
The place was busy with clients almost all the chairs being occupied. All the workers were efficient and seemed to satisfy all the clients that were going through. I was happy too.
Walked into Cozy Nails today right when they opened (looked like they opened a little early) and they said "we're busy right now we can't take you". Umm ... What kind of service is that? ????
Being told how long I'd have to wait or being offered an appointment for a later time would have been much more appreciated than just being declined with no options.
You probably need to call ahead and make an appointment. I did not see a by appointment only sign on the door. Went into this shop and there were at lease 6 people working which I felt was good because my wait would probably not be that long, I was getting manicure gel and pedicure. I was told that they did not have an opening until 1200, the time was 1100, so I ended up going across the street to another salon and was out of there before 12. Just FYI.
I have diabetes and so I get a bi-monthly pedicure. The facility, equipment and staff are clean and very professional. I have always been made to feel extremely welcome and it doesn't hurt to go with your best friend!
As a man this place is not a usual place I would go, however I am so glad that I did. Service is wonderful and through. If you need a good nail salon look no further than here. My girlfriend loves going to get her nails done by Kim. Seems like all the people here really want you to be satisfied for your money being spent.
