i just tried this place for the first time and i absolutely love it !! min did my nails and i am obsessed with them. everyone is very professional and friendly and my nails turned out great. first photo was what i received and second photo is the reference i used.

The guy who did my nails was nice but didn't listen- I asked for him to not cut my toes and to file a little bit- he cut them and filed them to the vey core so much that my toes were bruised and red. I was unimpressed with everything outside the pedicure as well.

Pedicures are $35 yet

*No neck massage while hands or feet are drying

*No parafin treatment on feet for pedicure - I've paid less for pedicures that do all of the above

They also just blast CNN the whole time which isn't what you want to hear when you're trying to relax

Went today and the woman cut my little toes and also scraped the top of one with the grater tool she used. Cut my toe nails super short without asking how I wanted them. Uneven, rough. My manicure was better but some of those nails were not shaped right. Disappointed and now in pain as well

Le really makes me cozy!!!!!! First time here, but keep going to nail spa for many years in other nail spa. Cozy crazy, this is the best nail spa ever in the all nail spa that I have been. The man whose name is Le did a really good job, excellent skill, friendly attitudes, tons of patience. He did a pedicure for me. My toe has never been so clean before and he did very gently to my toe without any hurt. Someone else from other nail spa made me bleeding, which makes toe very sensitive. Definitely gonna go back and only COZY in the rest of my life.

I honestly have never had such a better combination of high quality services and customer service. I got tips and a French and I have never loved my nails more!!! They are super friendly, really kind and overall awesome artists. If there is something you aren’t happy with, the nail artists are incredibly accommodating and genuinely care about making you happy. They are also so fun to talk to - they care about your day! Not to mention they have amazing music!!

Grace & Celina were amazing! My daughter & I had pedicures & powder dip manicures that came out beautiful. They were so personable, fun & excellent at their art. We look forward to returning & will absolutely ask for the 2 of them!

I have been coming to Cozy Nails for 6 years and every time they are welcoming, accommodating and very friendly! Besides that, my nails and toes always look beautiful! I have never had any issues here at all.

Their waxing is done professionally as well. I highly recommend them for your regular services or for a party! They also did my wedding party’s mani/pedis!

Appointments highly recommended as they are busy, but if they have openings they will gladly take walk-ins.

I have been coming to Cozy nails for years now (both Old Saybrook and now Mystic) and have always had great experiences. They do a great job with manicures and massages, and I love that they offer so many different options for pedicures. They are always friendly and accommodating and will take great care of you!
