“K” gave us the worst customer service that I have ever experienced in my life. I couldn’t even believe it honestly. We politely told her that she must have accidentally made our vodka lemonades with club soda instead of lemonade. She refused to admit she was wrong and took another 20 minutes to get us our drinks remade. This time she said she only made them with a splash of lemonade (wrong again) and told us that’s how vodka lemonades are supposed to be made. She also made multiple very snarky remarks and gestures towards us that were very unprofessional even for someone half her age. I don’t think this is the type of employee you want representing your nice bar. She puts the customers last and herself first while you are paying her to work.

It's great, but just like everywhere in DTFM, there's no longer any parking. They never should have built that ugly hotel and took away all the glorious parking. Maybe leave something for the full time residents who pay the bills around town the other 9 months.

Ami, is awesome ! This place is great for locals and tourists. She is a great bartender. Ami, also has an ear if she isn’t busy !! Dope place !

When we first walked in the door you're greeted with a fresh clean smell. The bartender was really sweet and accommodating. The drinks were great and they even had peanuts to snack on. The junk box was probably my favorite part of this bar, and they also have pool tables. The bathrooms were clean. I'm so glad we found this place.

Sat around for nearly 25 minutes on a Wednesday night and was never served. Bartender was looked at us multiple times but decided to just dance and sing in front of a few select groups(maybe her regulars). I called her & asked her if I could order politely . She nodded and went and danced at the other side.. I think she’s working at the wrong type of bar cause she wants to be a dancer ! Wish I caught her name because I’m sure it’s not all of them but I will definitely never go again or recommend it to anyone

Good luck getting service. Waited for 30 minutes at the bar and was actively ignored. Would not step foot in there again. Of all the places we went to on this very busy new years eve it was the only place the bartender wouldn't even acknowledge me. Very disappointed.

The bouncers they hire need to work out there issues at home. They are always extremely rude to the point of screaming at customers. I thought it was one bouncer but it seems to be the work culture. I will not be coming back. And no I'm not mad because I didn't get in, I'm middle age. This is just my observation from sitting and watching. Poured my beer out and left because I couldn't stand to see the rudeness. Only go to this bar if you're near death and need to borrow a phone to call for help. Also it's very overcrowded.
