I see star for gel x nails and she never disappoints. Always top quality nails with amazing designs and the never break. She is crazy talented and can do just about any design
The salon is very beautiful. This was my second time going and I took my daughter with me. We called over and they were able to get us right in. The decor gives luxurious vibes. We both got pedicures with gel polish totaling up to $130 and we also left tips on top of that so $140. I just ask that with those prices can we get a bottle of water or a glass ???? wine next time ????
Literally love this place and will never go anywhere again! The people there are amazing and so friendly! I found my girl Erica and let me tell you she is bomb! Amazing at nail art and I have never had an issue. Yes getting your nails done takes awhile but that’s because they are doing a great job! The price is great for the amazing quality they offer! I recommend this place to everyone and I personally think (after being to many other salons and getting acrylics for 5 years) that this is the best nail salon in Wilmington.
I visited this nail salon from out of town last weekend. A worker convinced me to get “Gel X” for 70$ because it was faster and supposedly stays on longer. I had 3 nails pop off in two days and 3 other before a week even went by. I have never had a acrylic set not last longer then 2 weeks.
Loved robins skill set but sadly won’t be returning. The last few times I’ve had long wait periods, when I made an apt, I’m talking about an hour plus. Or not even seen with a tech that I made the apt with. Once I got a different tech and he applied a nail improperly causing a greenie. This time I made an apt and while I swear I made it for Friday they claimed it was Thursday and charged my card $75 for a service I’ll never get. When trying to work it out with Robin she said she would call me the next morning and while they can’t apply that charge my next service maybe there was something they could do. She didn’t bother to offer anything. I find it crazy I’m often made to wait long periods of time but they’re not so forgiving when it happens to them. I initially came because of an old co worker Jacob who worked here but sadly that is ending. This was the last straw
So unorganized and made me so mad. I went to get a simple fill and the lady completely butchered my nails. They hurt and look so ugly. I didn’t even get the color I wanted, they were so difficult to work with. Also took sooo long, my other 2 friends were finished with their nails before my half way point. Horrible. I left with ugly, painful nails, and very upset. Wouldn’t recommend coming here if it’s your last option.

Hasn’t been a week and almost all my nails have broken. I’ve been getting my nails done for yrs and have NEVER broken this many nails. Fr I mean I was just getting a bag off a shelf and 2 broke. Plus my cuticles are scabbed up. I definitely will NOT be going back.
