Second time going in, literally called on my way and Nikki saw me as I walked in the door ☺️ super quick and great to talk to!
Called and made an appointment for this evening, salon was empty and was helped immediately! I got acrylics and eyebrows waxed in under 40 min. Perfect!
I have read numerous reviews about Nikki and most of which are positive, however, as much as I would have loved to give her a positive review it just not possible.
I show her what I wanted and the 1st thing she asked is if I wanted coloured powder, I told her no. Next question was if I wanted gel, I told her no.
OK this is where my annoyance got activated; all the nails on my right hand are shorter than left, they shape retarded on the right hand, they're not buffed properly neither are polished smoothly, no clean up my cuticles and the ends of the tips are super sharp. Totally not safe for myself of my daughter.
While highlighting her errors and my dissatisfactions to her, I got the sense of irritation from her as if I wasn't paying for the service. Mind you the tips are short, they start at $28 for regular full set however, I was charged $30.
Please note I sat in the parking lot immediately as I exited the shop and wrote this review.
Excellent service and time efficient I asked for this exact design and she never fails I always leave with gorgeous nails thanks you Nikki!!!
Only got waxing done not nails. The shop was small but not cluttered. The prices were decent. However the lady didn't listen to ke about my eyebrows and changed the shape of them. Not cool
I took my 10 year old to get a to regular manicure, she got her hair in her nail, and was not planning on taking it out, instead she painted over it and said she is good to go. Ewe no thank you. That's disgusting, I don't need your DNA on my child's nails. That's by far the nastiest nail experience of my life.
We will not be returning here at alI not that they care, I am not the kind of person that does a scene especially in a public place but when you you come at my children in public and you don't care then I don't either. We were regulars....I have to say that after tonight this company has lost my daughter's services, not that it effects them in anyway. But want to review it so that no one is treated in this way.. today my daughter's went to get their eyebrows done and nail... To make the story short one of the texts that does the waxing of the eyebrows came outside and told my daughters that they owed her $6 that they were robbing her from $6 and said to my girls infront of customers that were walking in that, if they don't have money just to say that.... like really what are $6 dollars to $100.....my daughter then calls me I was at work and I asked if that's what she owed then we should pay it! Bit no need for that tech to come outside yelling and been unprofessional, I called Jenny and asked it was only $100 or what was the problem,which is what she paid that was with the nails of 80 and the 10 and 10 of the waxing, the tech jenny said.
I went by to the store and spoke to the lady that came at my girls and told them that they had no money to pay, and the good thing is the people that saw could see she got paid, what she "Said was owed" and told her that she needs to be more professional and not to come at my children ever again, we will not be returning.
Omg this place is absolutely terrible ! Jenny is the worst ever when it comes to customers, they don’t shape your nails well at all, they overcharge, and will rush you out the seat for the next person. DO NOT RECOMMEND JENNY AT ALL! Go somewhere else, trust me.
My mother in law is the one pictured here. She is terribly upset over the poor job they did on her brows. This is embarrassing. She doesn’t speak English perfectly so she was too nervous to complain to you guys and ask for a refund before leaving. But I’m here to translate for her and to have her back.
The fact that you guys let her walk out like this is pretty mean. All it took was an honest job well done.
I am going to have to rate this place one star and and let others know to consider other places to go to nearby for an eyebrow wax because you guys may just do a poor job and let others walk out like that.
