What a lovely time we had at the coach and horses! The welcome was exemplary as was the food and level of service! It felt like nothing was too much trouble, we were looked after and felt most welcome! Matthew was a delight and knew everything about anything you needed. The place was comfortable and felt bright and open and the refurbishment has been done to a high standard. This is my local pub and so we will be making sure to support it and use it as much as we can!
Fantastic pub! Great atmosphere, Amazing food including great kids menu. Matty & the rest of the staff all very friendly & welcoming! Would recommend a visit to anyone. Keep up the good work guys!
Went today for a kids easter party which was good and ordered food however the food was awful! The kids pizzas were cold and were soggy where they'd been frozen and not heated enough, I asked for them to be replaced they came back the same pretty much the manager came over and asked me was they OK I said not really picked the pizza up and water dripped off it onto the plate literally! So she said it must be the batch of them the kids left them my meal was supposed to have onion rings I asked and the manager said yes did I not get any which I didn't she said il refund your meal I said don't worry as didn't want to make a fuss to which she said no I will and said I don't know whats going on with the chef today half an hour later nothing so asked a member of staff for the manager and my refund she said shel come and see you now another half an hour went by nothing as I left she was nowhere to be seen so did not get refunded anything! Its a shame because its a nice pub with a nice beer garden but I would never get food there again! My mum had said to me to let her know how it was as she wanted to book in but non of us would order food from here again!
For the 3rd time of ordering meals here & there was another problem. This time the senior meal deal finished at 6pm we were told & it was 4 mins past. Nothing on the menu's to indicate this. We all went to another pub to eat. Won't be visiting again to eat, which is a pity as the pub itself has had a really nice makeover.
Staff are always warm and welcoming, wide variety of drinks on tap and also non alcoholic beverages. Having eaten here I can confirm the food is of a high quality, will continue to come here!
Cracking pub. Lovely chatty staff the manager Matty is really friendly and welcoming. Didn't have food but it smelt good and they show the football.

I'm thinking of joining the darts team, a nice group of lads, great set up even a board cam so everyone can watch the games progress!
