Too many shortcuts. What happened to a traditional manicure which includes soaking the nails and trimming the cuticle without a drill. The manicure was good other than having to tell her not to take a drill to my thin nails. I only put a regular clear polish on them. My gel pedicure was the worst. When I complained because the gel polish had bubbles and uneven color the nail tech got angry. She kept blaming it on the polish being sheer. If it’s sheer add more coats. Also If you can not achieve a look then don’t use the polish or advertise it. After going back and forth with her. She then tried to cut corners by taking off the clear coat and polishing a second color on top which left the color near the cuticle ragged. I told her just remove the color and repaint them. I kept complaining until she removed the polish and repainted them. Please do not go to this shop. Why do I have to demand quality work when I am paying. You want me to pay for bad technique, I think not. The worst customer service ever!!!! And hell no I will not be tipping you. Some of these nail shops think you owe them something. The customer is who keeps your business open. All I want is quality work. Is that too much to ask for.? The 3rd picture is the final polish.
This was my first time going because my grandmother recommended it. And I was scared to try a new place but I love it there!!! As soon as I got through the door I was welcomed by a kind woman. She asked me what I wanted to get done and I told her and they did exactly that! My nails look AMAZING!!!
She even offered a phone stand so I can’t watch my phone!!! And offered me a water bottle as well! 100/10 do recommend☺️
I’ve been coming here for years now and they’re so kind and amazing! Most designs I’ve requested they’ve been able to them!! Just recently with some friends and all our nails came out really great! Highly recommend coming here!!
Van is my go to for pedicures. She knows what I like and the foot rub is awesome. They have deff improved since opening after covid. The guy does awesome with the nails and shaping. Overall I am happy.

Melania was great, I was in without an appointment let her know I was on my break but really needed my polish redone. She work very lovely to get me on my way and she did such of great job. I will be coming back because of her. Thank you!!!

Owners are very nice and each have over 20yrs experience. No issues and techs are very nice. I have been getting my nails done here for past 2years.
