So online it says they are open @ 7am…
I called at 736am to ask for pricing & I get a rude “Call back @ 10am when we open” & the person hanged up the phone!!! That’s a bit rude.. change YOUR hours so it’s accurate online & people don’t call you before 10 am !!!
This place continues to strive to make the local community a better place for young men and adults alike..the barbers are like watching a sitcom..... the vibe can be hyper sometimes but I guarantee you will leave this barbershop with confidence inside and out.
Called and asked if the store was open and had barbers on duty. Was told yes there is someone there and they can take care of you. I get to the location and was disappointed to see the doors locked and the lights off. Tried to call again and they did not pick up bad customer service.
My Boyfriend went to get his hair cut they literally had him waiting over a hour just to tell him they couldn’t cut his hair because someone that had an appointment just walked in and to come back tomorrow. How unprofessional!! 20 mins of wait ok even 30 mins.. But to have someone waiting over an hour is totally disrespectful. Communication was horrible!! The barbers here is very inconsiderate and unaccommodating, ..
So upset that we wasted our time driving to this barber shop. Please don’t waste your time going here.
Been going here for over ten years. Still family oriented and good barbers on deck. Hate the parking. Lot needs repaved and more spaces needed.
