So this was my first experience here. I give 2 stars for the friendly atmosphere and friendly nail techs, but however I am not satisfied with this gel set. The polish that was used is the “mood changing” color, which would sit as the color white without attempting to change the color (pink). The nail tech did 2 coats of white…and it still gave a blotchy like appearance. Not a true white. I feel that if 3 coats would’ve been done could this have been prevented. Also, when she used the clippers to ask what length I would like she cut the nail how I preferred, then went and cut all the others and came back and cut the original down shorter. I asked for a little bit of a longer length than given. I’m sad to say I will not be back here as I feel that i’ve wasted my time and money. Not to mention both of my thumb nails are crooked.

We moved here 2 years ago and I needed a nail tech since I left mine back in Texas. Well let me say Kenny is my go to! I also recently went to do my eyelashes for the first time and Cindy is awesome!! Love love love them and will be a forever customer as long as the military keeps us here!

I have been coming here for a few months and I’m usually satisfied with my nails, but today, on my birthday, I’m so unhappy with how my nails turned out. They are bulky and uneven, and he didn’t even attempt to clean them up to make it look nicer. I even asked him “are you finished?” and he said yes. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I know my nails aren’t always the easiest because I have a bad habit of biting them however John not only was patient & gentle he also made time for me on a busy Saturday. Im so thankful for them for making my experience so enjoyable. Their customer service is wonderful! Also Jay was awesome when I called to see about scheduling. They’re all so professional, provide great quality service and kind. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

EDIT: Just came back after being away and NOW all of a sudden they CAN'T do design on OPI nail polish. It's more like lazy and won't. Lost my business forever. I went across the street to Tips n Toes with WET nails and they did beautiful nail designs. The guy at CK was rude and obviously incompetent. I been getting my nails done for over 25 years and this was 1st (and last) time someone told me they can't do nailart on regular polish.

I TRIED TO use this business. Me and my younger sister wanted pedicures.. but after sitting in a chair for over an hour with absolutely no communication, no water was even drawn for our foot baths, no color pallet was given to pick any color or anything… we literally sat in massage chairs for an hour I know then, got up and left. ????????????

I scheduled an appointment with John my regular Tech. He refused service to me, because I had my eyebrows done before he did my nails (previously). He told me that I could not have service done at the same time as my schedule appointment. Mind you they were slow and she was available to do my brows. So for this appointment on 2-3-23 when I arrived he would not service me. He does not do eyebrows. Stupid but, I guess I must find someone else.

If I could leave a negative stars I would! Did a terrible job on a full set ombre so I asked if he was done with them because it looked nothing like the picture. He then decided to grind off the darker color and damage every cuticle in the process. In the end charged me 60.00 for them. Also they charge 5.00 to shape coffin never told me and I've never had a shop do that! Don't go don't do it. Also Cindy the "owner" did nothing to resolve the issue. She runs a terrible hack shop!! NEVER going back!!! You can see cuts and red cuticles every finger!
