Was up from Texas & neded some rest & relaxation. Went to visit Sandy & MIT who were so kind & genuine. They really do make everyone feel so welcomed & do take great care of you. I'll definitely make sure to visit each time I am up to visit.

Came here to get acrylic tips, French for the advertised price of $30. When I walked in they said nobody could do acrylic so was dip ok? Yes, as long as they are extensions. However what I got was acrylic tips in bright pink then painted over for white tip which came off and chipped day 1. Now I have green nails and it cost me double at $60.

They lie about their price I said no gel but still gave me gel add extra 20 then over price me for middle nails (but told me these was long nails) $75 for full set idk how it added up to be $150

I went to this salon due to longer wait times at my normal salon and I left so disappointed. I got a fill (my nails were long due to me growing them out) and wanted just gel polish. After specifically telling her how short I wanted my nails, she cut them way too short and they were not what I asked for. There was a wait and I didn’t mind waiting. Finally got seated and the lady that started my nails was very nice and then she vanished. I didn’t see her for about 10-15 minutes. She ended up going to the back for her lunch and didn’t return. New lady continued doing my nails and was very rude. Throwing her hands around and snatching the colors for me to choose from out of my hands when I was indecisive about the color. She didn’t even want me to choose a color as she took forever and kept giving her opinion on how I wanted my nails. After choosing my color and her snatching my hands doing her job, I ended up having an anxiety attack because the nail lady made me so uncomfortable and she kept being rude throughout the entire time I was there. This nail salon is poorly managed and they don’t treat their customers with respect. Don’t waste your time coming to this nail salon. There’s so many other places to go. I will not be a returning customer.

Most places like the one across three street are very rude. But Sandy there at City Nails is so sweet and she did these theyre Gel Nails. For $40

Don’t go here! They’re very rude to costumers! Owner is crazy and literally screams at customers over the phone. Completely unprofessional. Never had such a bad experience at a nail salon in my life. Do your self a favor and steer clear, ladies!

We went to get a jelly pedicure at this place very horrible experience. As we were clearing up to the woman that the jelly pedicure is suppose to be more jelly then water so that the customer can partake in the real jam segment she started to let us know we were wrong she been doing this for years asking what degree do we have and and called us stupid. She continued to shout at us to leave and never return. We didn't once speak loudly or even respond back and it made the whole shop direct their concentration toward her. It was really the most amateurish experience getting a pedicure I have had at any point. Once more, I won't visit ever again and hope you guys would take this and not visit as well.
