City Nails is the best around! Clean, friendly and accommodating. If you need a pedicure, basic manicure, acrylic or gel manicure they will do a Great job! I have been going to City Nails since they opened in 2018. I actually followed Melanie there from her previous job. Melanie has been doing my Nails (with very detailed design) since 2013. I recommend her and her salon to everyone! I always get so many compliments on my Nails! Excellent experience every time! If you are looking for a new place to go look no further this is the place!
My mom, grandmother, and I have been going to Melanie for years now. She is an amazing artist and is super nice. All of the staff is very helpful and kind. It is always a good experience when I go there.
This was my first time visiting City Nails on Whitesville Rd in Toms River NJ and I have to say I am so happy I found my new nail salon! The owner Melanie did my nails and she is so nice. She asks what you want and makes sure your satisfied with your nails plus her artwork is beautiful!...5 stars all the way! Go to City Nails seriously you will not be disappointed!...Heres a pic of my nails.❤
Amazing place!! Very friendly and welcoming. First time coming here and Melanie did my nails. I love the way they look!! The shape and design is exactly what I wanted!
My daughter and I went to this salon and we showed a picture of exactly what she wanted. The guy said okay. After doing all her nails he than said no he can’t do the gems and we said okay that’s fine we’ll just pick a design to draw on and the guy doing my nails said no he will do it. I said no big deal if he can’t do it we will do something else. He insisted it was fine so he did it. Not only did he not do what we wanted but the shape was completely wrong and butchered. I asked the guy who did my nails to fix it and he said you need to know what you want before you come in. I explained we did, we showed a picture of shape, told them what color which was easy of all white and matte and gems in the shape of a heart. What he did wrong was used too big of gems and didn’t place them where we asked him to place them. I paid $70 for butchered nails and an unhappy teenager. Won’t be going back here
Always get great service and the best quality I've had with nails. I always end up breaking one or 2 but I've had this set for about 5 fills and still not 1 break! Mel does great work as well as everyone else there. Highly recommend
I loved the final product - it was beautiful and the salon was clean and nice :) It was pricey but I’m enjoying the nails and I don’t know nail places well enough to know if it would have been cheaper somewhere else. I would have loved having the nail closer to where my nail met skin but it was pretty close and I’m happy how it turned out
EDIT- The polish lasted literally 3 months and would have lasted longer if I wouldn’t have taken it off, also I realized it would deff have been more somewhere else. TOTALLY RECOMMEND
This place is awesome! My mom and I just moved to the area and we were struggling to find a place… We went to a restaurant and the waitress recommended it to us, it is excellent! The staff is so kind and professional and they really do what you ask them to. I go to Henry for my nails and Angel for my toes and they are both very detailed and concerned with you liking the way your nails turn out. This is definitely one of the best in Toms River!
