City market is now a must do if I am on the coast. The staff was so helpful and friendly and packaged everything perfectly. I had about an eight hour ride home with an overnight stop at a hotel, and the food was still fresh when I arrived. Huge thanks to city market for providing fresh seafood that I was able to take them to my family

It is always a pleasure to be in this establishment. Fair prices, friendly staff who are like family and the seafood is always good. I love that I can get pickled items, sauces, snacks and other rare goodies. Frank and his team are great!

I am a captain of a local shrimp boat I unload shrimp and fish with them. They are very awesome at making their customers very much happy. They have about every kind of seafood you can think of fresh off of most local boats.

They had a descent selection of fish, no issues in that department. Great fish!

My issue was customer service.

I was treated differently than a customer who came in after me.

We both wanted our fishes fileted, but he was asked if he wanted his fish weighed before or after being fileted. I wasn't offered this option.

Then, the other customer was told that his fish was going in plastic baggies before getting wrapped in paper.

My fish was just wrapped in paper. No plastic. No special treatment. I was offered ice, though.

I walked in first, made my selections first, but was last to walk out. His order was placed ahead of mine.

Listening in on his conversation with the lady behind the counter, I learned that it was his first time shopping there at City Market.

It was also my first time shopping at City Market. The lady behind the counter didn't know this because I was not asked when she took my money. I guess I looked like one of their regulars.

Nice fresh local seafood. Friendly staff.

We got some shrimp and a whole flounder they deboned it all of our seafood was delicious after it was cooked ❤️will be going back

Great place and service. We bought some fresh seafood this morning, for our trip back home to Tennessee. Nice selection of fish to choose from, and oysters, and shrimp. The lady working the counter was awesome and very helpful. Definitely would be a regular if I didn't live 9 hours away.

This place is on point fish of all kind flounder/grooper whiting yum yum .... Real beef hotdog joint out front lunch under 6 bucks AWESOME
