**UPDATE** After posting this honest review, I was contacted by City looks Salon to fix this, I really appreciate this gesture thank you!!
I went for a wash, cut & BLOW DRY I ended up with a quick under 5-minute wash, average quick cut and not a blow dry but the use of straighteners to curl my hair the quick way instead of blow drying it professionally, which is what I thought I was paying for going to a salon. If this is the case please change your pricelist to say wash, cut and style!! instead of a blow-dry. When I told the stylist she said that's because she had to cut my hair dry, she can't blow dry it. I won't be visiting this salon again which is a shame because the interior is nice and close to where I live too. I'm really upset, I was really looking forward to today with a salon experience and my whole experience here was under 40 minutes. Sorry, I don't recommend it. I would give it 1 star but I appreciate the fact someone started a business up.
Regular client of humaira she is absolutely amazing and looks after my hair and keeps it in a beautiful condition. She literally has magic hands and I don't think I'd ever switch hairdressers she's taken me from dark brunette to ashy blonde while keeping my hair in immaculate condition. She's absolutely brilliant!

Did not give my the hair style that i had asked for. Really talktive to make the customer feel comfortable which is nice, but not the best quality of hair cutting. Would nit recommend it for hairstyle. I had asked for layers, but she gave me an normal straight cut hairstyle. Would not attend in the future
Absolutely love the contrast of light and dark brown in my hair. Managed to go lighter with every balayage without having to use bleach. Shifa my hair dresser is really knowledgeable and patient when it comes to explaining what's best for my hair based on what I want and need.
I cannot recommend this salon enough! One of the best Salons I have been to and the best haircut I have ever had, thanks to hairstylist Shifa. The staff and facilities were amazing. I have changed hairdressers many times previously as they can't quite get what I am after, but I can say I have finally found the salon and hairstylist that can! My little sister had the same experience, and loves her new full fringe. Lovely mocha too!
Had my hair done yesterday by shifa, chopped to a long bob with balayage.
Couldn't be more happier with the results, the service and the friendliness.
Would definitely recommend and go back too.
I’m so annoyed I went to the salon to get a simple trim maybe 1 inch or so. I told her multiple times I wanted to keep the length just wanted to get a trim to chop the dead ends and refresh my hair. She ended up cutting my hair shoulder length. I was mortified at the time but I didn’t say anything as I’m not a confrontational person and I get anxiety when I have to tell someone it’s not what I wanted. I was so unhappy with the haircut especially because I reiterated it multiple times. On top of that it was the most aggressive blow dry I’d every had. She kept on talking about how busy it is in the salon and yanking at my hair with kthe hair dryer. Went home with a headache.
