Got a fill in Tuesday by Amy I showed her where my nails had cracks b4 the fill in so to apply more acrylic, Wednesday I noticed the same spots had cracks so I go bk today(Thursday) and show her she starts making excuses for her poor work.. I WONT BE RETURNING
Poor customer service and communication! tried to call to make appt and was hurried off the phone without appt, when I showed up to get acrylics removed they said it was going to be "just a minute" after waiting 20 mins I asked how much longer and was told another 30 minutes wait...I understand why this place was dead
Listen to the reviews. I NEVER write bad reviews but I got sns nails with a tip added. Total 45 dollars. The color is cute but the service was terrible. The lady kept telling me to move like very forcefully and she sprayed me with rubbing alcohol to keep the mosquitos away without asking me. Needless today I almost lost it I do not recommend.
Did not come here personally but i have a close friend who came and they completely destoryed her eyebrows. Left a bold spot IN THE MIDDLE of one of her eyebrows and scars and scratches all along her brow area. Their response? "Theyre just eyebrows" and charged her full price. When she went back in the following day (today) telling them she was not happy with the services, they refused to give her a full refund.

I have had an amazing experience with my nail service at this location. The owner is so sweet once you get to know her. She’s very knowledgeable about every service she provides and does a wonderful job. Some may say she’s rough but you just have to get to know her style!
