A horrible gel pedicure! Lumpy, uneven file and polish that will surely peel in upcoming days, bc the polish was placed on the skin around the nail bed. I can already see lifting of the polish after one day at work moving around. Gel polish usually lasts for weeks with me. This place used to be so reliable for great work and service. I don't know what happened.

I love this place! The owner MY is so kind and the best bikini waxes in the land! Clean, kind, gentle, friendly, super professional!

My nail lady Tracy is also fantastic and does a fantastic job with my shape and coloring! She is even patient with me when I am indecisive and helps me with her expert knowledge and opinion! 10/10 recommend for wax and polish!

This is the first place I’ve ever gone to to get a Brazilian wax and I just stuck with it. It’s been years. I started out going to Jennifer and lately it’s been My but they both do an amazing job. The ambiance probably could be a little better. They get every single hair, and she makes it quick and that’s always a plus with something so painful. I love it here. Typically I call the day of and have no issues coming in soon after. I drive an hour plus just to come here and get waxed. I tried other places a little closer to home and instantly regretted it. I’m just so comfortable and satisfied here.

As far as nails, I’m VERY particular and extra so I never took a chance at this salon lol. But I did end up getting a pedicure once after a wax just because it was convenient to do both there and I didn’t get her name but she did pretty good too.

I usually go to Sunshine Nails because of the quality of services and the fact that they can do designs. Since moving to MD, I tried Cindy Nails and I was pleased with the level of care they put into COVID precautions. While it does make the place feel more cramped, I would rather be safe than sorry.

I have been there twice for a full set gel nail and regular pedicure. Both times, my finger nails have been just the way I wanted considering the technicians don’t specialize in designs. I do appreciate that they are willing to try new designs and I LOVE the attentiveness to getting the length and shape just the way I like it.

The pedicure experience wasn’t as expected as I still have some toughness on my heels.

However I’m rating this a 5-star because of the reasonable prices, cleanliness, quality of full set, willingness to try new designs.

Cindy nails employees are nice however the service is subpar compared to the expensive services. $47 for a basic pedicure!! basic meaning cuticles , sponge scrub and polish, and my feet were still rough . To compare I can go to a place near the mall and get their basic spa pedicure for $32 it includes cuticle , cut down, scrub , mask , hot towel, and callus remover.. So I wasn’t really impressed with Cindy nails and my feet needed another pedicure in one week.

Waxing services are good

The picture will show you what you need to know. I requested a simple, very basic acrylic nail that took the nail tech 2 hours to do. Yes, I was in the chair for 2 hours and this was the outcome. The nails are extremely bulky, uneven , and misshapen. I have never had acrylic nails done so terribly in my life. I would not suggest coming to this nail salon if a basic acrylic nail cannot be done correctly. There was no discount offered or anything. I am very embarrassed by these nails if I am being honest.

This is literally the worst nail place I have ever been to. Please never go here for acrylics of any kind. I asked for a simple acrylic and got a lumpy, bulky, misshaped mess. I can’t believe the person who did my nails sat back and looked at their work and thought they did a good job. My nails are now so bulky, they will not come off and my fingers are bleeding. That is what I asked for and that is what I got. I’m so disappointed. Stuff like this absolutely ruins my day.
