This was my first time going here. They did a good job on my nails but the pedicure was not up to par they didn’t scrub enough. And the other reviews are correct about the sanitary aspect they definitely reused the same nail filer and no cleaning was going on after pedicures just a bag change and spraying of water. Also there was a long wait and there should not have been as they were servicing people that came in after me instead of completing me first.
Didn’t do a good job on my pedicure in removing all the dead skin on my heels. When trying to explain to the owner and the tech, they seemed to not understand which lead me to get frustrated. You understand enough to get my business but lack understanding when I want you to perform the job accurately. I will never patronize this business again because they are about money not customer service.
This place had me wait for over an hour, then told me to come back tomorrow because they had too many people. All I needed was simple repair so, I guess that wasn't going to be paying enough. Why didn't you tell me that when I walked into the door. No respect or care for us at all.
I usually only get my Pedicure done here but decided to do something different.
Absolute waist of Money and time getting my Manicure done. None of my nails have the same shape my fingers burn and some spots on the nail is already coming up and it hasn’t been 24hrs since the job has been done.
Wow! Just was awful not clean at all they reuse nail files that are completely white from others nails. Hey DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH WELL. So they do not understand what you want. I asked for a pedicure and manicure but she kept trying to give me a full set I must of told her so many times that ppl started laughing because she just could not understand. Did not do a good job with the pedicure. Very rude because of the language barrier her tone told it all. Will NOT BE BACK!!
Poor workmanship. Pedicure was done in less than 15 minutes. Left with nail polish on my slacks by a male technician. Act like he was afraid to touch my feet as I have one nail removed due to fungus from a nail shop in the area. This is my second time this year in this establishment, and I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt.
I frequently visit this establishment and spend GOOD MONEY. I paid for my service and noticed the next day that my polish had black specks in it. I came back in the morning and ask that the polish be corrected. The person that had done my service acted as if she didn’t see the specks!! All I asked for
Was the polish to be corrected and she wanted to charge me more money! DONT GO TO
THIS NAIL SHOP!!!!
I usually come here but when I told the pedicure lady about her rusty clippers, she went to her nail station and got another pair, sprayed it with alcohol, and prepared to finish up. Did she throw them away? Nope. So I called Cindy over but she couldn't "understand" me. I showed her the rust and she said... "that's okay!!!".
Please be aware that their sanitation practices are not good.
