The end result was coo but the service and the time it took could definitely use improvement. I spent 3 hours just trying to get a full set and padi. Thank God I had the time and needed to get my nails taken care of. Also I asked a simple question..."Are you going to file down the back of the nail?"
That got me an attitude from the nail tech saying he's done this for 17 years and he knows what he's doing! Thanks for making my nails look good however I will NOT be back given the service and the chunk of my day now gone!
She was very nice and helped me pick a good color for my nails. My nails came out perfect and she made sure I was comfortable the whole time. 10/10 I will be coming here again very soon.

check your receipt before you leave. I was overcharged by $10 was not bout the money they lied
I ask to have polish removed and add new color that's it $30 I got charged $40 instead of thirty
why the lie????
My daughter and I were traveling and we stopped in Cindy's nails to have our nails done.My daughter had picked out design in her phone she wanted and the 2 men that work there did all they could to change her mind mind u she's only 12 years old.The 2 men starred talking in their language which is so rude but u know their talking about u cause they keep looking at you.We we're uncomfortable to say the least.The man I believe to be the owner put 2 of my nails on cricked my other nail was going straight up when I asked him why my nail looked like that he got very defensive.If you don't like we can take off for you I told him I never said I did not like them I asked mynt nail was going straight up needless to say he got loud w me told his partner to take off my nails so he proceeded to cut them super short bit totally removing the nails like he should have.My daughter was so embarrassed as we walked out I apologized to the other ladies in the mail salon n they were all like it's ok .
I will be er return to this nail shop again ever !!!
I visited Cindy's under the recommendation of someone else but I should've just followed my mind and did my own damn pedicure or waited til I got back home. It's not way I should've had to MAKE them scrape all the dead skin off my feet. Beyond ridiculous
I used to be a regular and then a few days before my birthday I went and got wax and I made sure to communicate do not touch my eyebrows and the woman said she understood and I ended up with half of my eyebrows gone and she tried to get away with charging me twice and when my friend who treated me to the salon went to ask for a refund she was instantly called a liar and i was called a liar because we were unhappy with their service and we felt ignored when we communicated.
I do not recommend.
Customer service from the owner of this establishment is HORRIBLE. I was referred to the place and I would not recommend spending your money at this establishment. It’s clear that the owner only wants to do what he wants and he does not want to hear about how you want your nails to look...even though you’re the one paying for the service. I made a request about how I wanted my nails polished and his response to me was “so you want perfection, you can go somewhere else”. At that point I ask him to remove the services he started and I went somewhere else. Overall the owner was very unprofessional and the manicure that he started was rushed and sloppy.
On Nov. 18, 2017, purchased services for Nail overlay and gel polish. Six days later my polish & nails are now chipping so I go to Cindy's to have the really bad nail repaired. The 1st gentleman look at my nails and say its been 2 weeks and I need a refill. I said no it has only been seven days since I had this done. Two more nail techs look at my nails (the actual 2 nail techs that worked on my nails ), and said its too much time past. If only 3 - 4 days ok but thats long enough for gel polish. I asked for a repair, NOT A FREE One; but no one listened to my service request. I told the 3 techs you should explain this to customers that Your Gel Polish is maybe good for 3 or 4 days before we pay an extra $10 or more dollars.
