Really disappointed with Chicken World. I have been a loyal customer for years and over the years the quality and service has just gone down and down.
Size of the Chicken wings is so small, what can I say. They have reduced the size of the side on the deals to tiny cups when it used to be large cups and when I ask them why they said everywhere and everything is expensive but their price's keep going up.
I think it's time to start going somewhere else.

Guy at counter was rude, Literally walked of as i was speaking to him. Chicken was chewy like rubber . Please avoid. You will be very very disappointed!. I asked how long he held the chicken for and he said it was fresh. Definitely not buddy

Poor unfriendly service. Told me my money was "old" (Legal tender until 30.09.2022) and waited ages until I was even acknowledged. Could not understand each other after conversation was finally engaged. Used to be a great shop but one bad experience is enough. Will not return!
Good food, friendly staff! Was super hungry after work wanting a meal but none of the chicken shops in Mitcham town had water so their loss. Grabbed a bonus as these guys have peri salted chips and gave me an extra wing. Thanks!!! ????????????

I ordered my 5 year old son a regular chicken wrap with instructions "Please no spice"...We get a SPICEY chicken wrap.
