Yesterday around 12:00 p.m, My husband walked in to buy two items. He said he was being followed and watched by the owner the entire time. He told him he don't have to watch him he wasn't stealing anything. The customer service was disappointing and will not be shopping there anymore.

Great variety of items, nice staff and owners. Had an issue with my bill, owner was quick to check, confirm and to provide quick options and solutions. Honestly one of the best experiences in a beauty supply in a long time. Will definitely go back and do recommend!

I have never left a 1 or 2 star review but feel obligated. I can’t recommend this store due to poor customer service.

I did not recognize the store was closing soon when I arrived. A few minutes before closing I was notified. At closing, I was impolitely told the store was closed. I had not yet made my hair selection but was close and rushed to ask one of the employees a quick question. He answered my question and walked a way and less than a minute later, the lights were turned off with me inside. I left without buying anything because I ran out of time but I did politely say goodbye and “have a good night” to an older female employee who seemed to be in charge. I figured they had their reasons for needing to close exactly on time but she said nothing and just stared rudely. Back in my car, I realized it was only 4 minutes after the reported closing time. I also realized I’d never seen the lights shut off like that in a store. Due to extremely poor customer service, I will not be back. (The second star is because I was initially excited by their supply.)

Wish I can give 0 stars because this is really unacceptable and uncomfortable. I originally came into the store for 2-3 things, but I still wanted to look around for other items that I may have needed. The store is usually fully stocked and clean, so that’s why I decided to shop here. But today will be my last. After like 2 minutes of me looking around I was followed by this Asian lady with glasses. She made it very obvious that she was following me in every single isle. When she realized I noticed her following me , she didn’t even care to stop. Who does this ? I haven’t been in the store for more than 5 minutes and I am being racially profiled. So I decided to put my cart down and walk out with nothing! I was not going to give them my hard earned money. That lady is very racist, and they do not speak to you when you walk into the store either. Rude and absolutely unprofessional. Will never ever go back and shop there ever again. I recommend everyone to just save their time and money and go somewhere else because it’s not worth it. Really Disgusted !

This place is amazing I love this place I get products that are amazing for my hair. The workers are nice and their is everything here including things for hair,body, or accessories. I love this place 10000000000000000/10

I’ve been here multiple times and have had the same experience. When you walk in the employees don’t say anything to you they just stare at you. Then they follow you in the aisle and watch you as if your going to steal something. As a black woman this is uncomfortable.

Do not go to this store at all. So after this random black lady got caught stealing items from the store, they started following the black people only around the store to make sure they was not stealing anything and The manger also stands at the door telling the black people that they cannot have there bags in the store at all
