San was amazing with my son and he loved getting to pick his own lollipop. They were following all the COVID regulatios-everyone was wearing a mask, everything was sanitized in between, no one was allowed to wait inside.
I'm so glad a friend recommended Sana nd Chateau Barbershop to us. We will be back!
This place is amazing! I struggle getting my one year old to get a haircut he’s supper fussy. The lady who cut his hair was so patient and took her time. I loved the out come and will return again. The environment is also kid friendly not all barber shops are like this. Even though it’s walk in wait time is super short. I’m one happy mom thank you !!!

Just went here this morning and the service and professionalism was great! This lady cut my hair just as good or better than my barber. She is very sweet and kept me entertained with good conversation while getting a hair cut. To me that’s important. I was just in town for the day so I needed a haircut. My wife liked the great job she done.

I was late to an appointment, so i tried to go there and pay her for the appointment that i missed, as i understand thats not her fault and she shouldnt lose money because i was late. Her next appointment was arriving so i said repeatedly that i did not want the haircut, that she can just take my money and i can go. She was very insistent and persistent in getting me to sit down in the chair. I apprehensively obliged as i was upset for being late and just wanted to leave, she then proceeds to skin my head all around the bottom with no fade at all, very aggressively cutting my hair in a way she never has before this. I ended up looking exactly how i didnt want to look and explained to her that this was not okay, i told her to keep the money and she tried to give it back. Overall the worst haircut ive ever had in my entire life, ive gotten my haircut by her several times and it was always great. I GUESS JUST DO NOT BE LATE. I would give her 0 stars if i could.
No nonsense barber shop. Good haircuts at reasonable prices. The stylists are friendly & efficient. If possible, I would like to be able to pay using a credit/debit card because I RARELY carry cash anymore. When the shop implements allowing customers to make an appointment (currently first come, first serve ONLY) to see a stylist, it will earn a 5 ???? rating, in my opinion. Regardless, I WOULDN'T think getting my hair cut anywhere else! ????????
Note, this is a Barber Shop, not a Salon. I have had my haircut at Chateau since 2008. I have NEVER seen a woman getting her haircut here. I don't think Chateau would deny cutting ANYONE'S hair. However. I want to make my assumptions clear. The Chateau is your traditional Barber Shop, where men go for a haircut & a shave. With all the WOKENESS poisoning going on in this country, my definition of a Barber Shop might be outdated to some. Just sayin'. Peace, love, & good health to all. ✌❤
Not trying to be over-dramatic. I’m new to the area and came to Chateau because of the very high Google reviews.
I had G for my haircut. He is a very nice guy. I see that others have had positive experiences with him. I am not exaggerating when I say this: G gave me the worst haircut of my life, and it’s not even close. I showed him a picture of myself with a good haircut, explained to him what settings my previous barber had used back home, and how I style my hair. The result was not even close.
It was everything I could do to keep my jaw from dropping as G whacked away at my hair carelessly with his clippers. I tried to keep an open mind, but it just got worse and worse. It will grow back, but I’m going to look pretty stupid for the next couple months.
I don’t expect perfection, but what I got vs. what I asked for could not have been further apart. So disappointing. It may be a fluke, but that was my experience. I wish them all the best, but I won’t be back.
