The lady was amazing!!! My little boy has long curls and it was his first ever cut. He hates people playing with his hair and she was soo good with him and patient and he enjoyed every minute of it. He looks amazing! And will be definitely only using this barbers!
I have been taking my youngest to CHAPS since he was 1! He’s nearly 12 now!
He used to have complete meltdowns when we took him to have his hair cut and it would always result in us having to stop halfway through the cut!
We then tried CHAPS and Paula was absolutely amazing! The 1st and 2nd visit he fought and cried but she had the patience of a saint (also calmed me down), by the 3rd visit he totally trusted her! Since then he’s had various lengths and styles and won’t go anywhere else.
They always do his hair exactly how he wants it!
Over the years he’s developed a really cute friendship with Paula and loves Her doing his hair, even travels to the shop in bury if he’s not seen her for a while!
i will be for ever grateful to her for soldiering through that very first cut! Thank you ❤️

Tried this barbers for the 1st time today(16.04.2022) and it won't be the last. Great barber skills. Great vibe in the shop too. Recommended.
Went in for a hair cut (obviously), plenty of space for you to wait. Nicely decorated. Really nice and polite woman working there.
Would definitely go again when the time comes. Cheap but really good service.

Having used Chaps Radcliffe for few years now so I could highly recommend this barbers for relaxed cuts/trims with style or beard trims
The staff have always been friendly and professional and never felt rushed.

I often arrive with what some would call a mop, Jennie always manages to cut and style it great, and she always remembers how I have it which is a bonus. There will be no awkward silences neither because that girl likes to talk... :)
Fantastic shop, the staff are spot on, Terry and Gina are spot on, what a laugh, good prices, good banter, detriment to the firm, would not go anywhere else, 100%recommended.
