First time at the new location. Off of Candler Rd, in Decatur, Georgia and across from SD Mall. It used to be a Kroger but has been transformed into an amazing beauty supply store. Masks should be worn.
Rows and rows of hair from bundles to braids. Then there's the wig section. Human and synthetic. They have clothes, shoes, jewelry, make-up and all the relaxers and men care products you may or may not be looking for. Every type of gel, edge control, shampoo and conditioner. There's even a nail section where you can purchase all the things you need to do your nails and pedicures or someone else's. Even practice fingers to help you hone your skills.
Very bright and clean. Didn't notice if there was a bathroom or not. People available and ready to help you find what you're looking for.
My only issue with the place is that there weren't any prices on the hair. Which is my reason for the 4 stars.

I love this beauty supply store so much! They're always stocked and have everything I need! Plus, decent service at the registers.
Purchase a wig today for a good price. Customer service is poor. No one would help me when I tried to ask questions. I think the problem is English translation. They need to hire people that can speak English and customer service skills
It's clean it smell good and they have great service 10/10 I recommend ????
My cousin and I visited last night to shop. She noticed this "shopper" on his phone following us. It was so clear he was a undercover Top-flight security guard. ???? But when she asked if we could pay for items at the jewelry counter, he disappeared. If I go back there and see that "shopper" again, I'm going to confront him! Makes no sense!!
I love this new location the employees are very friendly and don't mind coming from behind the counters to assist with any help that is needed. Much, much better than the location at South dekalb mall they are extremely rude and gets an attitude when you ask for help especially in the wigs department. (has not learned or been taught how to be respectful)
They are really taking advantage of people in the name of Covid by saying you still can’t exchange or return something if you over buy packs of hair or even clothes that you don’t access to try on in the store. I’d say go to a small neighborhood beauty supply that’s more accommodating and support them over any of chapel locations still not allowing you to do things they allowed before.
If I could give them zero stars I would. So I buy a wig from them 3 weeks ago for $500. Not even a week wearing it, it start tangled up getting nappy it look bad I had to water for it to look like something but when it dry it look bad. I called them customer service is bad and they will not do everything about it. DO NOT BUY A WIG AT THIS STORE!!! They do not have good quality wigs.
