The service is fine, but the office is hard to get a hold of to pay. I paid in November and was told up to two weeks for my trash can, took almost 3 after having to recall them.
The Best Disposal Company I've ever had!
This is a well overdue review about Chaparral Disposal Service.
Since day one, they have provided us with outstanding service; we requested two trash cans to start our service back in November, we got two brand new trash cans delivered the following day!
Since then, they have always picked up the trash EVERY SINGLE WEEK, every Thursday early in the morning like clockwork. Even when there was snow and freezing out there, they still came and did their job on time. I would have understood if they didn't came that day, BUT THEY STILL DID! They have never let us down even once.
Most people here in the reviews take them for granted; trust me, having dealt with several companies in several states, these guys at Chaparral Disposal are the best! I'm blown away by their dedication and kindness; I'm not only a customer anymore; I'm their fan!
Thank you guys for all your effort, we do notice and appreciate the good work you do, you're the one and only utility company that deserves 10 stars.
This is the worst Disposal Company I've ever had! Waiting for a new lid for months because their trashmen destroyed it being so negligent with their trashcans (he doesn't care if the trash cans get destroyed in the process). They never answer the phone.
Horrible and unprofessional company. I tried to support a locally owned company since I've lived in Chaparral since 1987, but they are a joke. They billed my card, and yet 2 weeks later I still hadn't received my trash bin. I kept getting the run around so I finally switched to another company and they gave me prompt service. Spend your money elsewhere.
Worst disposal service customer service imaginable! Have not received a bill from them since starting service in January-they say US Postal system makes mistakes (sorry US Postal does not "misdeliver" four consecutive months of a bill). They recorded my telephone incorrectly after two calls to them ("personal mistake"). Trash not picked up due to non payment when I called them to see what is going on-why is trash not picked up three hours after usual time (like I said I have no bill, they can't record my telephone number properly, they put WRONG town on my address, can deliver a second trash can but can't get a bill to me, put a postit on the door perhaps?). Wish the other guys El Paso Disposal would allow new customers in my area. If you have a choice DO NOT USE CHAPARRAL DISPOSAL SERVICE.
Customer service is non existent. I’ve been trying to get the wheel on my bin fixed since last May. Keep getting told someone will come fix it but I’m still waiting. I’ve been with this company since they first opened. I’ve always gotten good service until this last year.
Once the message got to the owner he was out the same day to take care of my can. He said girl in the office never gave him the message. He’s a great guy. Just needs to have a talk with his office person.
Customer service has always been great. I called them after realizing that El Paso Disposal was so crazy expensive, after having service with them for 20 plus years. I called and the person was so rude, that I decided we needed to switch, and I wanted a New Mexico company. Chaparral service and their staff are very nice and they do a great job.
